The women at this location were quite friendly and I was overall pleased with the service I received. As stated in my review for the South Cobb drive location, I had been using Liberty Tax for as long as I have been filing taxes (various locations) and overall they are wonderful. 2011 filing year comes around and I was closest to this location so I drove there, filed my taxes and was finished quite fast. I was pleased with my return, and confirmed that it was accurate seeing as in 2008 at the S Cobb Dr location I was shorted a lot. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is I waited an extremely long time after paying for a rapid return only to find out MYSELF (after many many calls to the IRS and to this office) that the IRS audited me for 2008 tax filing year. This was the first time I EVER got audited which at first was not an issue to me however I never got a letter in the mail saying they were taking my 2011 return. Liberty boasts a lot of nice amenities including that they hand hold you and are there for you if you get audited. I found out the hard way this was not the case. The lady at first kept telling me to call the IRS (to find out about the status of my return) and after I found out I was being audited nobody was to be found. Office was closed, nobody answering phone calls, nothing. For the first time in history using this service, I seriously felt alone and I have no idea what to do other than just let thousands of dollars get eaten away and pray that it doesn’t happen again this year. To this day I have no idea what the heck they did at the S Cobb drive location but I am entirely frustrated and will NEVER go there again, and recommendations? I think you can tell from this review that that will not happen again.
