Mattress Firm Johnson Ferry

Great experience at Mattress Firm last week. I was immediately greeted with a warm smile from Chris. I told him my needs and he, without hesitation, guided me to the sale section. He pulled out multiple mattresses and waited patiently as I tried each one. I was impressed that he never tried to persuade me into trying one of the more expensive mattresses.
Chris was gracious enough to search other stores for comparative pricing and explained to me the company’s price match policy and guaranteed he would take 10% off to beat the lowest price found. Needless to say, I was so impressed with his customer service and complete professionalism; I purchased two mattresses that day along with their box springs and a new frame.
Being the only sales associate on the floor that day, I also witnessed Chris juggle multiple costumers at once and politely acknowledge each of them in a timely manner ALL without ever making me feel rushed or ignored. Such a commitment to customer service is to be commended.
