Decent selection of books. You typically save about 50% on most used books, and old paperbacks, like early Stephen King, are about $ 1.99. Years ago, they used to offer cash for her books. Now they only do book credit, which is in the form of a small sheet of paper they give you, so don’t lose it.

This bookstore offers used and new books at a good price. Used books appear to be in fair to good condition. I traded in my used books and got credit. I read a lot of books so I bought one book at a great price. I will definitely come here again. Girl that checked me out was nice, but had trouble counting change(?).

One of my absolute favorite bookstores. They have a ton of titles, both new and used, and can order books for you for a cheaper price. I go here for almost all of my books or both school and for pleasure reading. They’re located in the Kroger shopping center, and they normally aren’t very busy since no one knows they exist. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store is spacious yet cozy and comforting I bookies. Please check it out!

The other reviews are inline with my experience. The store front does not convey the size and extent of the books inside! I can only add that I took several books we were not using and they only took two. I then ordered a book which they received in two days. With the store credit I paid less than I would going online. So I was happy with the experience.(I don’t think I was offered the cash option for my books as another review stated.) The shopping center is getting a «face lift» but don’t let that deter you. As you face Kroger, this store is on the right.

Great book store! My kids LOVE going … and they REALLY love that they can bring in their old books and get a credit and walk out with new books! The location is great for us too. Also, the staff is super helpful and friendly which is a big plus.

This store is a great treasure hidden in the Kroger shopping center at Sandy Plains & Shallowford in East Cobb. I believe this location is relatively new but I’m not sure. I’ve taken some of my used books here several times. How it works is you can either trade for a store credit or for cash. They of course give you about double the amount if you opt for the store credit. I would definitely go for the store credit otherwise you won’t get much. I know some other stores only do store credit so it is nice that they at least have the option to get cash for your books. They also take audio books on CD. I don’t think they take audio books on tape, but again you might want to try. They also have a huge selection of required reading for all of the grades, especially middle school or high school. If I had been smart I would’ve gotten my summer reading here every year when I was in high school. They also have a large selection of popular titles and they even have a pretty cool rare books section. They certainly don’t have the same selection they would at Borders or Barnes & Noble but this is a great place for those of us who still like to read books printed on paper. Paperback prices are usually about half or less of the retail price. All of the books here are in good to great condition. I’d recommend trying to bring your used books here, you’ll be surprised at what they take. Unilocal 365: 13⁄365
