Good points and bad points. Good points are a clean facility with excellent lighting. There is rarely ever anyone in the office on duty, but I have never had a problem accessing my storage unit during published hours. They had a problem providing push carts for a while, but lately, the carts seem to be once again available.
Bad points include the flim-​flam games they play with rent, when you first sign up. You never really end up getting the great deal they promised, if you rent a storage unit. Read Your Contract and ALL paperwork very carefully. Everything is set up to benefit them and NOT you. They will lie and tell you that your home owner’s insurance does not cover rental units. My company told me that I am covered for things I have in storage. Check with your own home owner’s or renter’s insurance company. The reason you are lied to and told your insurance does not cover you is because they want you to purchase their insurance, so that they can squeeze more money from you each month. Also, your monthly rental fee will continue to be raised every year, and not just a little bit.
I will rent here a while longer, because the place is so close to my home. I did not get conned into buying their insurance, so that keeps my rent down a little. I am shopping around for another unit, but there are many things to consider, so I may stay on here, hard to say.
