I am a recent SAHM to a now 8mo old baby. She was premature so we spent the first 3 mo cooped up inside, then I broke my foot so we spent another 2 mo while I hobbled around and put a lot more stress on my body. When my mom came to town a month after I had «healed» to visit her granddaughter I jumped at the chance to take advantage of the free babysitter and pamper myself.
I booked an hour massage and a facial.
Totally heaven. Exactly what I was looking for and needed. I didn’t want one of those chain spas and I really wanted the relaxation areas with tea and treats. Bingo.
I forget my therapists names or they would get a shout out here.
I’m coming back!!! Sometime soon I hope.

Earlier this year, my daughter and I splurged at a spa in Chattanooga. Simply put, that spa (which was comparably priced) couldn’t hold a candle to Renew.
Yesterday I luxuriated in a half day treatment: massage, facial, body glow … I went home feeling fabulous. The clinicians are professional, knowledgeable and very nice. The products they use are top-​grade, the facility itself is lovely with some pretty cool equipment. (Book a body glow treatment to see what I mean.)
My husband still gives me annual gift certificates to Renew. As I told him last night, «keep ‘em coming!»

SO good, in fact, that I took a friend there when she came to visit and treated her to her first massage. We both left our massage rooms feeling great. Special memory with an old college friend. I’d recommend this to anyone. While I agree with the other review (it’s not a 4-​star luxury spa), they do have sauna rooms which are clean and wonderful, and you get the same experience as a luxury spa at a lower price point. Save the fancy shoes for another. This is my favorite place, hands down!

This is such a marvelous little spa: immaculately clean with very courteous and professional staff.
I came here for a half-​day and really enjoyed the whole package: massage, facial, and silky hand/​foot. Every person with whom I interacted was polite, professional, and every detail was attended to. In between sessions I was treated to hot tea, cucumber water, fresh fruit, and other goodies. Overall they did a really wonderful job creating an atmosphere of serenity and relaxation.
It is expensive, but it’s very worth it and I will look forward to treating myself again in the future.

Facilities are very well kept and clean.
Before I got there, I was expecting more of a luxury spa atmosphere where there is a lounge with jacuzzi, sauna, luxury serenity areas, plush robes and slippers. It’s not a luxury spa, but more of a very nicely run day spa. In and out. But it was still great!

Ahhh, I finally have the chance to sit down and write this review. Let me tell you, Renew is a heavenly oasis amidst the sea of strip malls in suburban Atlanta and worth the visit.
I came here for a half day, which was 3 treatments: massage, vishy shower, and facial. Everything was perfect from start to finish. My favorite service was most definitely the vishy shower — I wish I had one of these at home! I felt like I was in a spa-​byrinth as I was led from room to room between services and relaxation areas. I loved the opportunity to sit down and relax with tea and snacks in between services. It was my time to be pampered, and I enjoyed every minute of it.
The staff were also friendly and excellent. My esthetician /​licensed massage therapist, Amy, was the pinnacle of expertise and professionalism. I felt very well taken care of, especially considering that she is a powerhouse with her dual licenses. You should definitely try and get an appointment with her.
I would love to return to Renew next time I am in Georgia!

My first interaction on the phone was an indication of my experience with the spa. Tom (the owner) booked my appt. and we laughed and chatted and his personality really set the tone! He was the amuse-​bouche for Renew and he was wonderful.
Upon arrival we were greeted and promptly taken to the changing room. I stopped by the bathroom and it was even dim… LOL! For those that want to relax there too! Anyhow, changed, placed locker key in robe, terry cloth slippers and robe on and done.
I had my massage first, by Andrea, and even though I do not like talking at all during a massage, she was from my hometown and I really enjoyed speaking with her (we didn’t talk the entire time). Great personality and it was enjoyable convo. She did an AWESOME job, targeting knots on my back. Very professional.
My massage was followed by a body polish. I had never had one before. I have literally forgotten the young lady’s name… UGH, but she was SO soft spoken and SUPER nice! I laughed because she was so courteous that even the super modest would feel comfortable! Making sure all essentials were covered. Lol! The body scrub was awesome. The body shower was wonderful. She asked about temperature of water and I asked her to turn the temp up. It seemed to keep cooling a few degrees but maybe it was my body adjusting to the warmth.
Afterwards (and between sessions) my friend and I sat in the relaxation room and had infused water with fruit. Nice spread. Good number of women walking around in robes and slippers but it was WONDERFUL!!! Relaxing! And then finally, Tom came by to chat with us! He is a wonderful soul! And funny. I’ve been around a bit for massages and he really is the whipped cream and cherry on top for Renew. He completes it and takes it to the next level with his personable manner.
My ONLY issue was something I could’ve addressed — so I’m telling you so that YOU can address it. I wish it was warmer everywhere. I wish I had asked to turn off the fan in the massage room and then to turn the water up to a warmer temp (with the scrub). I like heated tables also (I didn’t ask if it was). Just my .01 cent. I would come back. It’s a bit far out but this is where I would go in Atlanta. The prices are UBER reasonable!

I must say, this is one of THE best day spas I’ve ever been to! Friendly, courteous, professional staff; clean and peaceful environment; and the services were amazing! I had the ½ day spa treatment, which was 3.5 hours that included a Swedish massage, classic facial and the silky hand/​foot treatment (paraffin — my favorite of all 3 services). The only thing I would recommend is that the massage therapist use a little more pressure (guess I should’ve spoke up, but I was soooo relaxed, I couldn’t think straight LOL)! During the wait between treatments, there was fresh cucumber water, hot tea, and a delicious assortment of snacks; cheeses, deli meats, fruit, nuts, etc. I plan on visiting ATL some time next year and Renew Day Spa will be at the top of the «to do» list!

wife got a prenatal massage here yesterday. overall experience w/​scheduling/​front desk staff/​atmosphere was great, she said it was one of the top massages she has ever had.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE
This was my first trip to this spa. My date (dating long distance for over a year… but still can’t bring myself to call him my boyfriend… as I’m commitment phobic I’m told! Ha!) and I had planned a half day spa date… to get massages, facials, and body scrubs. I didn’t realize there was an option of a spa so nice out in Marietta! I was very pleasantly surprised with the décor… it’s very nice and relaxing! They have attended to everything and it has a lot of nice touches all around. We were treated very nicely. The staff was courteous, proffesional and very attentive. April did my massage and she was terrific. Megan did my facial and I enjoyed it as well. Alicia was in charge of my body scrub… and that was my favorite part of all. I guess maybe it’s because I have been blessed to have a lot of facials and massages in my life… but this body scrub experience with the Vichy shower is really something!!! So relaxing! They had little private areas for him and I to meet and hang out for about 10 minutes between each of our services where they offered a nice spread of a veggie tray, fruit tray, nuts, chocolates etc… just good little nibbles to keep you feeling good and not hungry! Very nice how they do it!!!
Only part of the day that made it less than perfect: There was a situation while we were getting ready to leave with a bizarre client that made our visit less than the perfect experience we had been having and a bit stressful (We had come there to get rid of the stress). But that was a freak thing and nothing they could have predicted and not their fault… They handled the person and the situation with grace, and professionalism… and made us very happy before we left. The manager was a sweetheart… and made sure our day ended well. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY GO THERE AGAIN AND PROBABLY DO THE SAME ½ DAY SPA THING… AS THAT IS PERFECT AND SOMETHING EVERYONE SHOULD EXPERIENCE IF THEY CAN. I definitely recommend Renew Spa and give them 2 enthusiastic, relaxed thumbs up! :-)

I went here at the recommendation of a friend. It’s in a building that used to be a medical center, and has been remodeled with very nice décor. The space is tranquil and relaxing. When you enter, you’re immediately greeted and given a locker to store your clothes/​purse and given a robe and slippers. There’s cucumber water, tea, fresh fruit, and small nibbles to snack on between treatments.
I had a massage with Deanna and she was really good — she did a good job working on my tense shoulders and neck and I nearly fell asleep. Then I had a facial and eyebrow waxing with Ikona (I may have spelled this wrong, she was a sweet Polish/​Ukrainian lady) and she did a great job with my brows and really cleansed my skin. While I had the face mask on, she massaged my feet.
I left feeling so relaxed and renewed. Definitely recommend this place.

First, this place is hop and a skip (leaving out the jump) from me. My sister recommended I give it a try. Renew has an awesome staff and service is excellent. I went in for a reflexology treatment. It was amazing. All I remember is having a conversation with Rena (the lady who did the reflexology) and then I fell asleep. It was so relaxing. Rena seemed to be very knowledgeable and she has a medical background in neuro-​muscular therapy. Reflexology is only a 45 min. service; however, they extended it for me and my friend since we requested it. I was impressed!
Also, after your service, any service, you are taken to an area where they have fresh fruits, cheese and meat, chocolates, juice etc. I love fruits so I got a plate full and everything on my plate was sweet and fresh and juicy.
Renew spa is by far the best spa I have been to. I will definitely be back.
