Subway

Went in today for lunch. It is a block away from my work for the past couple weeks I visit once or twice a week, because it so close to my business. I won’t be going back. Waited around for a few minutes until they were finished with putting the embalming fluid in there bread or whatever, because nobody is at the counter at lunch time? I got the 6″ cold cut combo for $ 2 as it was advertised for on the board. Get to the register and its $ 4.24. I ask why it says $ 2, but they are charging me more? I just went in on Monday and got the same thing for $ 2. They tell me the promotion ended December 31^st… Its Jan 29^th! You forgot to take a sign down for 29 days and I’m the «first person» who has brought this to your attention? Thats BS false advertising and should have honored it. In the end I payed my $ 4.24 and learned my last lesson with Subway and its franchise. I’m goin to Jimmy Johns where they actually have good food.

Well, what can I say, it’s Subway!
I can safely say that the restaurant appeared to be very clean, definitely no bugs or anything. I checked the health score too, which was 100. Definitely can’t beat that!
Service was speedy and everything went smoothly. They weren’t out of anything that I noticed. So yeah, I’ll likely be making a repeat visit.
Summary: if you like Subway, you’ll like this one. :)

Went there last evening[18:30 Tuesday].Very friendly, terrific service from «Kennifer».
Thoroughly enjoyed, and was filled-​up by a Daily Special (Meatball Sub, Chips and Drink) and a Turkey Salad.
After I told Kennifer that I just had work done at the dentist and didn’t want any Cool Fountain Drink, but would prefer something warm to drink, she offered to serve me some coffee. After telling her I don’t drink coffee, she then kindly offered to warm up some sweetened or unsweetened tea. Proceeding to make me happy by fulfilling my request for «half&half», I had a perfectly mixed combination of warm, lightly-​sweetened tea. I felt Kennifer «went the extra mile» to satisfy this customer and joyfully departed leaving a thankful tip.

Great service, Miss Elia is the manager there and she always treats our company with superior service and a quality product.

I live literally across the street from this place, and yet we always seem to drive a bit North to the Subway near Roswell Road. Why, you ask? Well, maybe it’s because this location is ALWAYS out of something. Once it was tomatoes, once it was buffalo chicken, another time it was spinach. These aren’t random accoutrements– they’re items that would normally go on their sub sandwiches. Oh, and the last time I came here, the staff told us that my husband couldn’t use the restroom because it was ‘currently locked’. Meaning– the staff wanted to close up early and get the hell home and had already cleaned the bathroom for the night. At 7pm? Wow. No thanks!

NEVER AGAIN!!! Stopped in today to pick up a quick lunch since it’s close to my apartment. Had a lot of studying to do and didn’t have time for a good, «sit-​down» meal. I bought a 6-​inch turkey on white for Baby, and got myself a 6-​inch meatball. As the young lady was preparing the latter, I noticed that she didn’t top the meatballs off with the marinara sauce. I asked her about it, and she mentioned that they were out of sauce. I was a tad peeved because she should have warned me before I went through with the order. Not wanting to be «that guy» to cause food to be wasted, I was aggravated as hell but told her to go ahead and finish the sandwich with just lettuce (I hate cheese and meatballs together).She kept trying to get me to add cheese to make up for the dryness of the lack of sauce, which aggravated me further. I went ahead, paid for the sandwiches and made a hasty retreat. When I got home, I had to add some Ragu Pizza Quick to those dry-a@@ meatballs to give them a modicum of flavor.

I’ve been to this location several times & they NEVER have the bread that I want. I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

ROACHS in the dining area. Hell No!!!

This is the Subway across from the Dobbins Air Force base in an older strip mall. Fast service, easy parking, and the franchisee is frequently on-​site. I’ll be back here, and often.
Brief comment on the new chicken salad (not specific to this location): It’s very sweet. Given that a 6 inch sub serving of this salad has 8g of fat, I’m not surprised they upped the sugar content. I thought it was all right, but probably will not order this again. For those that both (a) love chicken salads and (b) are on a diet, this could be a good option.
