Deondrey the store manager took a situation that had the potential to lose my business and made it right. His business ethics and ability to focus on customer service makes him invaluable to any company. In my eyes, product encompasses a small percentage of what makes repeat buyers, however customer service builds life long relationships. Deondrey, is helping make this Uhaul store competitive again. Keep up the good work!

These guys took great care of us on a rainy Sunday when we had some last minute moving and not a minute to spare. We were in and out in no time and they were very nice. We are definitely coming back.

This past weekend I had a hitch installed at this U-Haul location. Relative easy process of ordering and scheduling the installation online which also earned myself a $ 10 discount for going the online route; U-Haul was already a lot cheaper(close to $ 100) than the competition. I arrived at this U-Haul location at the agreed upon time and luckily there was no wait, they were able to take my car back to the garage and start the hitch and wiring installation process right away. It did take a bit long to get the hitch installed; close to 2 hours, but in the end it was worth it. The employees at this location were very friendly and helpful and there was a waiting room with TV to make the time pass a little quicker. Now, to give the hitch a true test and haul a house load of furntiture from Atlanta to Charleston in a couple of weeks.

I’m gonna sum this up in 4 words: U-Haul can suck it.(I’m only reviewing the portions of the experience that affected me, as I did not have to drive the truck or make the payment.) And here’s why they suck so much: 1. They«guarantee» that your equipment will be at the requested location at the requested time. So, why, pray tell, did I have to take my friend allllllllllllllllll the way over to Marietta from Vinings, by 7 pm Friday evening, when the reservation was for. .. ANYWHERE closer, for 8:30 am Saturday? BTW, they didn’t bother telling her that until 4 pm Friday, so they clearly value their customers and their bullshit«guarantee» very highly. What was that line from Tommy Boy? Something about taking a dump in a box and marking it guaranteed? That seems to keep running through my mind. 2. We had to return it to a different location in Nashville, and for whatever reason, the drop box wasn’t out front — it was around back. .. WAY around back, in a shopping center. Did they put a sign on the door of the dropoff location SAYING that the dropbox was around back? Of course not, because that would require a little bit of thought and effort. So we wasted 20 fucking minutes looking for this thing, even calling 800-GO-UHAUL(which might as well be 800-GO-FUCK-YOURSELF) to ask, which proved fruitless. I gave 2 stars, only because this was one of few U-Hauls I’ve been involved with that DIDN’T break down.(Yes, I’ve had at least 2 U-Hauls break down on me mid-move, on separate occasions). So it’s almost an ironic second star. Next time I move, I think I’ll just carry all my stuff on my back. It’d be less trouble.
