So we are extremely busy at work and decide to order pizza. We ordered an XL cheese. They tell us it is about a 30 minute wait. OK no problem. 15 minutes later, they call us and tell us that delivery is not available. WTF? OK so we gotta go get it. Go and get the pizza and it just didnt have that normal look to it. It did not look fresh out the oven. Anyways, get back to the office. 4 people all confirm that Uncle Vito’s fell off. Pizza is nowhere near as good as it used to be. Then one person said that they fell off about 3 months ago. Dont know if its the ingredients, the sauce or the dough but it sucked. I will never go back. Im better off going to Harry’s around the corner

I’ve always liked this place for years. Tonight was very disappointing. My aunt was in town and I told her it was great. Which is true their pizza is good. But the service tonight is unfortunately the reason why I will not ever return. First off, I was told my order would arrive in 30 to 40 minutes. I ordered at 6:45 my order didn’t arrive until about 8:20. You do the math. So then I got my pizza. I ordered the Greek pizza which on the menu ONTHEIRWEBSITE consisted of pepperoni and sausage along with the other toppings. Mind you, I had previously ordered the same pizza and it came the way the menu said and I enjoyed it. Hence why I ordered it again. I ain’t no meatless pizza kinda girl… I likes the meat! My pizza had no meat. So I called back again and talked to the owner who proceeds to tell me the Greek pizza does not come with meat and they don’t have a menu online. So I hung up pulled the menu and rechecked to just make sure I’m not the crazy one. I’ve included the pics of the menu. So I called back told them they do have a website and would be happy to show them and then I was told that when they bought the restaurant they could not get the domain name or some lame excuse and that menu is not valid. They also argued me down and told me that the pizza I ordered last time did not come with meat. So basically called me a liar. I am not going to eat a pizza with no meat happily especially if that is what I’m expecting. If that is what the menu says then that is what should be honored, or they should let people know the menu is not correct. I was offered nothing for my pizza being late OR for my order being not what I expected. That my friends is why they’ve lost my business for good. Ricky dink family owned business are better in quality most of the time but not customer service! It’s a win lose situation I guess

I just picked up my lunch from this location. I usually visit this location at least twice a week. I always get the lunch special which comes with 2 slices and a foundation soda(I always get a bottled water instead of the fountain soda). When I went in, I noticed that there were all new workers in there. When I told the cashier that I would get the water instead of the soda she told me that I could not get bottled water and that I could get tap water… I informed her that I always get a bottled water but she stood firm about me being allowed to get only tap water instead of the fountain soda. At this point I asked her if they were under new management because I did not see any signs stating that they were under new management. She replied«yes» and seemed upset that I was asking questions. Let’s just say I walked out without the«tap» water or the soda and I will not be returning to this establishment. Since returning to work I have let my coworkers know about my experience… the pizza is also not the same, it was very very oily and over-done…I WOULDHIGHLYRECOMMENDGOINGTOTHEMELLOWMUSHROOMACROSSTHESTREET, WHICHHASCONTINUOUSLYDISPLAYEDGREATCUSTOMERSERVICEANDBETTERFOOD!!!

I go here every time I’m staying at the Hyatt across the street. The Pizza is pretty good, but what really keeps me is the service is pretty consistent and good. The guy in the back that makes the pizza is always a cool guy to talk to, and the pizza and zones are always great.

They beat out cobb pwy pizza hut in our home. I get pizza and wings DELIVERED. Never had a problem with delivery and buffalo wings are so tender and flavorful. Would’ve given more stars but they don’t have Greek dressing for the Greek salad and that’s my trifecta pizza order.

Horrible place to order to have it delivered. They keep bluffing around saying the food is in the Owen, the driver already left etc for an order placed past 1.5 hours. Never going to order agin here

I’m reeeally conflicted here: the food is a 3 or 4(depending on what you get), but the place is a 1. I ordered the chicken parm lunch special which tasted fine. It’s not the best I ever had, but I was also craving chicken parm pretty badly lol. The pizzas that I saw looked alright too. Unfortunately, that might be the only thing good about this place. The concept on lunch specials isn’t that special: you just save a buck or so for a fountain drink. I wish they were a little bit more creative there. The restaurant itself looks really grimy with its dingy walls, floors, and everything therein. Also, the food took a while to come out. In summary, just order to go.

It’s the best pizza in Georgia, hands down. I’m from New York and I like my pizza this style. If you like authentic New York style pizza go here. Love it!

It’s about mid-level pizza, but not worth the price to me. I feel like I would have been just as happy with a pizza from papa johns. But overall it was fine, lots of options on the menu and they were very polite.

The place is old and dirty. The only reason we went was because it was the only thing opened late night in the area besides fast food. As we were ordering, I noticed a little roach crawling on the ceiling above my head. I pointed it out to my BF but he insisted that we stay and try it out anyways. Then I looked and saw the 74 C food inspection score but still decided to stay for some reason. We got 2 slices of pepperoni and sausage pizza. It actually tasted good but then I saw another roach cruising on the wall near the TV and completely lost my appetite. My BF finished my slice for me and then called this morning to tell me he has an extreme case of the bubble guts I WILLNOT be eating here again. Service wasn’t that great either but I would probably be miserable too if I was working there

Amazing owner and the food is fabulous. I always go when I donate plasma. The lunch special is a great price for the size of slice you get. Taste like real brick oven pizza. Love the crispy on the bottom and crust.

My husband and I both got the manicotti and he got the chicken Parmesan sandwich. I loved the manicotti! The sauce is amazing! We weren’t to keen on the chicken Parm. I will defiantly order from here again!

Chicken Parm sandwich was just plain sloppy, and it was probably the worst one I’ve ever had. Not saying anything horrible about the place overall, maybe it was just the night and that particular item. Either way, I wasn’t very pleased. Actually, the only reason I chose to go there was because it was in the area I was in and it was open. From now on, I know to choose wisely when it comes to getting a Chicken Parm sandwich from somewhere, aside from just location. Although, I guess you can’t truly know how good or bad an item is until you’ve tried it for yourself. I’d say skip it when it comes to this place.

Delivered pasta to my hotel after other restaurants had closed. Took 45 – 60 minutes, as promised. The food was very hot… right out of oven… and was delicious. Next time I’m in the area I’ll definitely try it again.

Oh man, this place is bad. The food is gross, the place is filthy, and insects abound. Where to begin… I walked to this dump with my girlfriend because I was hungry for a pizza slice. I hate deep-dish so this seemed like it might be a good idea. We went inside and the first thing we noticed was a homeless woman passed out asleep across one of the booths. No food, no drinks… she was just flopped over the bench napping. We ordered our slices, and my eyes began to wander. I saw the health grade on the wall — 74, C. I immediately scanned around and began to notice the layers of grime everywhere. Then I saw the roaches on the floor. The more I looked, the worse it got. Finally, the old-timer working the front counter gave us our slices. They were disgusting. It took an act of bravery just to eat them after looking at the condition of the place. Don’t waste your time. Maybe the health inspector will finish the job and put this place out of its misery the next time he or she visits. There is nothing redeeming here.

So it’s July 11 and surprise surprise the air conditioning is not working. If you look at my prior review this is the same situation as last year. Ok, so now I’m totally grossed out. It’s so hot the pizza maker is sweating like crazy, wiping the sweat of his forehead and not using gloves or anything to keep the sweat off the pizza. That’s it, I won’t be back until winter. FYI — One would think these guys would at least offer a free soft drink, BUTNO!

Good pizza, not great… and certainly not what I’ve eaten in New York. The crust is far too chewy and thick to be what I consider New York Style. The sauce is there but not impressive. The cheese is good. The best ingredient I tasted was the Italian Sausage. Don’t expect the Slice of Pie off the street in New York, but you’ll enjoy a chewy crust with quality toppings.

Well, once again they did it! Made me joyful(Christmas season!), this time by way of delivery. Normally I’d eat in or pick-up but as I’m recovering from surgery and unable to drive, delivery is my only option right now. For the third time in two weeks I had some warm, very satisfying Italian food brought to my door. One terrific tasting Spinach/Mushroom Calzone, along with a large, fresh Chicken(House)salad, and of course, my favorite — Veggie roll, ECCELLENTE’! This made my evening. I called in my order at 21:23 and was told it would arrive within 45Min — 1Hr. Forty-four minutes later — «Ding, dong, ding, dong;Uncle Vito’s with your order!» Hallelujah — excellent!

Upon entering, the establishment was clean and simple décor. We walked up to the cashier and she looked like she would rather be some place else. I asked if we ordered here or at the table and she shrugged her shoulders and said it’s your choice. I replied this is our first time here so you have to tell me what to do. She responded, I can take your order here. We ordered the garlic knots with cheese, a small caesar salad with chicken and a slice with I think meatball and onions. It came to a little over $ 14. We sat and it took a while for our food to arrive. Other patrons came in and their food was delivered before ours. When the food finally arrived, I asked for another side order of caesar dressing. By the time she remembered to bring the dressing, we were almost finished eating. My hubby enjoyed the food, but the experience lessened the flavor of the food for me

Uncle Vito’s presents a very solid offering of NY Style Pizza. Thin crust. Large slices. A small food counter serving what I’m sure is a mostly corporate lunch crowd throughout the week. I got there at 3pm, well after the lunch rush. I think staff was also taking it easy after the lunch crush. It seemed to take a while for my food to reach the table. That being said, I did enjoy the pizza. Two slices of cheese is the name of the game. And not bad at all. The sauce needed more character. Not more salt, but something… else. Still, I did enjoy the pizza. The crust was good. And get this: they have Fanta Birch Beer on the fountain. That’s right. Birch Beer. I loved it. I’ll happily go back. Holler if you’re coming with.
