I have to say my wife and I were really stressed out by the time we met Wendy and Vicky. We live in Arizona and we were trying to sell our property in Atlanta from Phoenix. It is very stressful from 2000 miles away and really needed to depend on someone to look out for our best interest. All we could rely on was trust from our chosen broker and nothing else, from so far away. We were basically at their mercy… Wendy Bunch came to our rescue and surely earned my trust from day one. We just went through a horrific experience with our initial choice of realtor, JOHN THUR at COLDWELL BANKER in Marietta. After 3 months of letting our home rot on the market, he was abruptly fired for incompetence. I was charged $ 417 in «expenses» from this despicable realtor and we went our separate ways. I only wish we found Wendy and Vicky first…

From the very first day of taking over the sale of our home, Wendy and Vicky were clearly reassuring. They understood all of the trauma and stress we were going through with our recent bad experience and handled taking over our sale in a professional manner. They knew we were pretty raw by this time. I could immediately see that they were professional, courteous and caring. They understood that «time is of the essence“‘ as they knew that our home was empty and we were dishing out a mortgage payments monthly for an empty house from across the country. They appreciated the fact that in this empty house we kept the utilities on and set the air conditioners to“very cold», raising our utility bills through the roof in an attempt to help participate in selling the home. If a problem arose, they were quick to jump on it and most importantly, tell me about it in which we would promptly address it.
Clearly you could tell they had a large network of people they deal with and that my home was going to get a lot of attention. They answered questions quickly, priced my property appropriately, had tons of professional advice on how to make our property more marketable and provided me great feedback from potential buyers from the very first one. Their internet portal for checking on the status of my property was great. They were in constant contact with me. I do not ever recall having to leave a voice mail. I actually spoke to REAL people throughout the process. I never got the feeling I was being avoided like I did with my previous realtor.
So what happened after I fired JOHN THUR of COLDWELL BANKER, the incompetent agent who hijacked my home for 3 MONTHS and then charged me $ 417 to get out of his contract?

Yes, in a 3 week time span, my property had an offer, was accepted and closed in almost 21 days! — meaning I had money wired into my bank in Phoenix the day of closing! I felt the property was better than average and deserved the attention that the Bunch team provided. They recognized the ability of our home to sell and took advantage of it! They put effort into my home, gave us a strategy for selling which we adhered to. Advice from a professional is golden. They know what they are doing. We are very please with how smooth this transaction unfolded.

I only wish I had found them initially… I will sing their praises for years to come.
