Wings & Burger Haven

Placed and order for delivery and 2 ½ hrs later we still do not have our food!!! We live 3 minutes away from the restaurant!!! Enough said!!!

I’ve been coming here for years. The wings are great. I usually get the honey garlic and teriyaki wings. Today, I got the 575 burger and it was delish. If you’re in a hurry be sure to call ahead.

This is our go-​to place for wings. I love the Hot Ranch wings! My husband changes between the Hot Terriaki and Hots.

Gyros was great. Lemon pepper fries were flavored well but a little overcooked, lemon pepper wings taste great but too hard… could not 5 of 15 ordered. Delivery service was very fast.

That’s –1 star. Went in today, I had the buy 10 get 5 free coupon. nobody was inside (3:50) Homegirl at the counter was on her cellphone for 12 minutes in front of me while I stood there waiting to order while she was complaining to whoever about how she a) closed out the credit card machine and lost all her tips because she didn’t «claim them», and saying b) the delivery dude wasn’t coming in to work, but they could call him if they had a delivery order and he would come by. c) Saying she having a «bad day» to the other party on the phone. I tried to order 3x but she was like «hang on», still on the phone. Can’t you put down the damn phone to take my order? Apparently not. Finally she got off and took my order. «15 x-​crisp, plain. I would order them hot but make them plain because I don’t want soggy wings when I get home so give me enough hot sauce to cover the wings» She walks out and says she’ll be back at 6 — she need some time~. Anyway, different girl brings my order with ½ ounce of hot sauce. I said «I told yo girl that I wanted enough hot sauce to coat my wings?» She tells me «THEY» charge you extra (.75) for sauce. I say no no no… take 8 and make them hot. Lazy dude comes out to toss the wings — soggy as hell but at least I didn’t pay $ 3 for sauce. The hot sauce was kinda funky, basically Franks but sweetish with a little pepper — zero butter and he poured it out of a jug. Maybe the xhot or «flaming» is better.
Pros: 5 minutes away, $ 9.00 for 15 on Mon/​Tue w/​coupon
Cons: No customer care from obviously related staff, 2 carrot sticks and 2 celery.
Frozen gyro meat btw, no Kronos cone, (why I didn’t order). Dare I try a burger… or a .99 hot dog ?- QT is probably better.
Good God go elsewhere. No need for the owner to respond — get your 3hit together.

I was upset when it took 42 mins for my carry out order but the flavor of the wings saved the review. Can’t lie I may try someone else before I come back.

I used to get their food to go and it was great. Sat. night was terrible! We normally just have it delivered. However, Saturday evening we ordered there and watched while they cooked. It just didn’t seem sanitary and I swear one of the cooks did not look well… that prompted me to get up and check out their score. It’s an 80!!! We took it home and ate a little, but it did not even taste good. I love good wings and theirs are usually pretty decent, but they had so much black pepper in everything (wings and fries and burger) that it drowned out the taste.
I don’t know guys… this place has SERIOUSLY gone downhill. I don’t think I’ll be back!

Great grilled chicken sandwich and we really enjoyed the wings. Atmosphere is so-​so but the food was good

This place is freaking awesome! Wings are crispy and tasty. So is the chicken philly. Best Phillies around. Hidden gem in Marietta.

Love the wings and the fries. Used to eat there until our baby was born and now we get it to go. The trick is to order the fries extra crispy so they are not soggy by the time you get them home. Also the staff is not always the best at putting in orders so make them repeat everything back to you and check the order before you leave the restaurant.

This is the go to place for us. Everything I have had here is great. Gyro, filly, burger, wings, fish, salad…

Food is great if they can comprehend or get your order correct, never making the mistake of ordering delivery. I have given them chance after chance and enough is enough. I wont be ordering from them again.

I was a loyal weekly (sometimes twice) customer since I moved in the area 18 months ago. The quality went down, the wings got smaller. I was still loyal, due to the great taste of wings.
This all changed when they had a Groupon deal, buy $ 10 get $ 20. I purchased the max. Little did I realize this was for a new location they opened up a few miles away (fine print!) I called and asked if they would accept it at the original location by me, I was told no; no big problem I suppose.
As it turns out a few weeks later I am in the area of the new location, so happily took the chance to go redeem my coupon for some great wings. I pulled up, no store exist, I don’t know if it ever did. I called the original location and they said it closed and went out of business.
I asked if I could use my coupon at the original location. I was told asked by the young girl who always takes orders to be put on hold while she asked, she came back and said no. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said there was not one there. I quickly asked, who did you ask about the coupon if no manager present? Demanded she put the manager (also owner) on the line, if not I would just come by. I was hung up on.
This is why small businesses go under. They don’t appreciate or respect customer service.
I won’t be coming back.

Ate there for the first time Thursday evening with 5 friends. We all enjoyed our meals VERY much and we’ll definitely return. I had the American Classic burger and it was delicious. Their french fries alone are worth the visit.

Good burger… Heinz ketchup bottles on the table, I don’t think it was actually Heinz ketchup!

It is almost embarrassing how much we order takeout from here during baseball season! But after a night of practice or a game we don’t even have to discuss what to order and it is always fast and good. We usually order 30 mild wings and one 575 burger. I love that you can get lemon pepper fries as a side for the burger with no up charge. We occasionally mix it up and get a few lemon pepper wings and I love those too. They are not thick plump wings, but the skin is so cripsy and they are never dried out. I also love that they are not breaded. I think we have only eaten inside the restaurant once. But we have easily done takeout 30 times. We also placed a huge order for the Super Bowl one year. It’s not much to look at (although they are updating inside) and my husband and I like to get the owner to smile. He looks grumpy a lot. He is actually very friendly and offers us free drinks to go sometimes. I get why some people might be turned off by it, but for us it has always been delicious in the comfort of our own home.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The servers were slow, my friends cup stayed empty the whole time. Food was discussing. McDonald’s has better wings. I have never had lemon pepper wings with so much sauce and grease on it. The manager was cooking and giving everybody an attitude. Don’t have an open kitchen if you can’t be nice to people. I can’t even look up or she gives a dirty look. This place is bad. And my stomach felt weird after I ate the wings. Won’t eat there again.

I went today for some wings and was not impressed. I ordered a fountain drink and paid for it. I then found out the hard way that they don’t have ice or tea or lemonade which is the reason I bought the drink. Also I found out my order was messed up when I got home. Which is the worst. I won’t be back

The food & service is excellent … My favorite is the fried fish and shrimp. perfect not greasy. A lot of the people in our subdivision order food from here and are always completely satisfied.
