Cold food and not fresh. .horrible service. .waste of time! !! Used a Groupon and I’ll never return

I was in the area with a coworker and she doesn’t eat pork so this was a perfect place to go to. The customer service was right on point compared to other locations I’ve been to. Also the place was immaculately clean! The bathroom was clean, the tables were clean, and the drink station was clean. Of course the food was good but I love that they have the 1000 drink station where you make your drink with a variety of flavors. It’s my fave!

I love zaxbys but this particular location is one of the worst zaxbys I have ever come across. I went through the drive thru. There were two cars in front of me and three behind me. When it was time for me to place my order the cashier told me to hurry up because there were other cars behind me. I found that very unprofessional and disturbing. I ordered two orders of wings and things. The cashier said that there was no bread but I did in fact hear another employee state that they were not turning the stove top back on because it had already been cleaned. Everyone knows zaxbys have the BEST BREAD! My fries were so cold they were hard. My chicken fingers were cold and dry and taste as if they were cooked in burned grease and were just laying around without being under a heat lamp. I asked for my wings to be mild and they were toss in hot on top of that also being cold. Considering that this is a newer location they should not be having these problems this early.

I come here a fair amount of time usually around lunch. The place is pretty clean, parking isn’t so bad, and employees are nice enough. They offer discount to SPSU/​KSU students which is usually why I come here for lunch. The food quality is good, fries are usually super greasy so I tend to skip them and get a side salad. If your gonna get lunch here I recommend come before 12pm or after 2pm since it get busy between those times.

I love everything Zaxby’s offers but this location ugh. I swear every time I go something is wrong with my order. Today I stopped because it was pouring raining and I didnt feel like cooking, I ordered my food, she repeated, I paid, got my food and drove off. I should have checked bc I ordered the Sweet and Spicy boneless wings. I got home and I had spicy bbq wings which I hate. Then I had NO receipt so I couldnt even call and complain. I was also missing my toast. I will no longer go to this location, instead I will visit the Spring Rd location. This location is just horrible service wise!

I love zaxbys but this location is horrible… they gave me an incorrect order and there food isn’t cooked fresh… ill pass right by this location

By far my favorite Zaxby’s. The food is always delicious, and since the shift in employees there have been no more incidents of bad service. My family of 7 eats here at least twice a month.

Thee worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been too.
They never get the order right after repeating myself over and over. The food is overly SALTY and you would be lucky to have fresh fries. Smh! Never again

I love Zaxby’s. This location just opened up late 2014. There is another location in marietta that is not as good. This one is busy which mean fresh food. The other one in marietta is slower and not as busy so from my experience this one is better than that one. Way Better then Chickfila. Zaxby’s will kick you in the face with flavor. Also their Zax’s sauce in a must to dip their fried chicken in. I always get the wings and things hot honey mustard. So good.

Very disappointed!!!
This was my second visit to this Zaxby’s restaurant, and I experienced the same issue as before, old, dried up chicken tenders being serve on the house salad I order.
On my first visit, I went through the drive thru and ordered the boneless wings combo for my son and myself the house salad with fried chicken instead of grill chicken. I did not check my food until I made it home, but the food was not right, both my sons boneless wings were dry and over cooked then dipped in sauce, and my tenders were old and dried out and taste as if they had been cooked in burned grease. This time around I ordered the exact same thing but my son and I dined in. Funny thing about it, I told the cashier about my last experience and that I would like the chicken cooked fresh and not cooked so hard. They serve the same hard old chicken that had been sitting there and lots of it. My food came out within minutes, but this time I returned the food and ask for a refund. The cashier that took my order did not really want to make eye contact she just smiled. The manager apologize and refunded me my money, saying that they would fix it
(which really did not sound very sincere).
My advice to you, would be to check your food!!! Every other Zaxby’s I have gone to served freshly cooked, finely chopped chicken and it was never hard and inedible, it also seems as if they have a lot of teenage boys in the back cooking.
I jusy know one thing for sure, I won’t take my chances again.
This Zaxbys is located on South Marietta Parkway across from Burger King and Dunkin Donuts and Baskin. New to the area.
