Ward is great. Knowledgable, thorough and honest. He changed out some pool valves and replaced our skimmer a while back, and we’ve had no issues to speak of. He is patient with questions from people who are clueless when it comes to pool plumbing issues (like myself). Almost 2 years after he last did a job here, he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me while I picked his brain about some additional work we have coming up that isn’t even all plumbing related. Highly recommended!

Repair still good as new

Found a leak in our (not even 7 yr. old pool) last summer and began the search for someone to figure out where the leak was coming from. Found a good leak detection guy (did not know about Ward & H20 Operations @ this point) but did not know who to call to repair. After a few bozos coming in/​out out of our backyard, lots of invoices to pay with no resolution, I was FINALLY referred to Ward. Problem solved. Confirmed the leak was in our pool sweep line. Also, our pool lights had never worked since we bought the house, and he was able to repair these as well. His pricing is fair & he really knows what he’s doing. Excellent service! I would never call anyone other than H20 to repair in the future. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

My pool guy and several others I spoke to all recommended H2Operations to me. I bought a home with an old pool with an old 1950s skimmer — large enough to fit my 4 year old child in! It was clear something wasn’t working right since it was rigged up with external tubing, and that there might be leaks. Not only that, there was no drain and no light fixture. Well I was extremely pleased with the work Ward did — I was told he was the best in detecting leaks etc… but turns out he is also excellent at repairs too.
Ward was professional, honest, on time, and saved me money! He was able to change out my skimmer without digging up all the piping between the pool and filter/​pump. It would have been easy for him to do so and charge me for it, but he carefully pulled out the damaged pipe to save me $ and then patched everything up with very well matched concrete. He put in a new drain, and put in a dummy light for me as I couldn’t afford (nor did I want to) to rig new electrical for my non-​functioning light. Now I have a beautiful light fixture — no more big hole. He also checked for leaks complimentary. I got quotes from several companies and H2Operations was extremely competitive.

Last week I noticed my pool was losing water, about an inch+ a day… panicked I called our pool and solar company, they both provided companies for leak detection who I called, were very pricey with no guarantees and a 10+ day wait. I found Ward’s company here and e-​mailed Thursday night. He returned my reply promptly, scheduled a visit for the following Monday. He called before to give me his timing, showed up and dove in.
He found my leak (in the bottom drain) and was able to fix it. He included the fix in his detection estimate. Phew! When your pool starts losing water, you have a sick to your stomach feeling for days – Ward made it go away. We are 48 hours out, water tight and ready for summer again.
If you have a problem, he is the guy to call. No games, no delays, no surprises. He is professional, patient with explanations and very good at what he does.
