Dr. Zoppi is a kind gentleman, a very competent and calm surgeon and really just so sincerely nice. He listens. I felt safe in his care and I highly recommend him.
I only take away one star because his receptionist is a Jerk with a sucky attitude. Not Paula, she is kooky but a compassionate gem of a lady. But seriously, curly, people who do not like people should not take jobs where they must interact with… people! Especially when those people are CUSTOMERS! Change your ‘tude girlfriend.
Jesus, at the very least take a customer service class, get off your high horse and realise that much nicer, more professional people are looking for jobs and would gladly sit in your seat.
Dr. Zoppi deserves to be represented better.
