Patrick is great he really tailors the workouts to my goals and what I can handle at the time. He does the workouts in short sprints of energy then short sprints of rest so you can always give it your hardest push. I always break a sweat with him but am never left feeling like I’m gonna pass out. He pushes me just hard enough so that I can always step it up and go harder the next time and not leave feeling so sore like I’m leaving a car wreck.

I trained with Patrick in Charlotte, NC and he is the best of the best! He goes above and beyond of what you expect out of your typical trainer. He has the best energy and is super motivating-he would send me texts before my early morning workouts, which really helped motivate me to get up and get my work out in and throughout the day to help make sure I was staying on track after my workout. His schedule was always flexible and his workouts were challenging. Along with fitness, he is very knowledgeable with nutrition and he helped me out with my diet, which is very important when you are trying to get in better shape! If you want a kick ass workout with a super fun, positive, and motivating trainer, he’s your guy!
