Worst chipotle I have ever experienced. Passing by and wanted a burrito to go. Batbacoa and rice was as dry as paper. Tortilla was stale. Shame on this place for tainting my almost awesome experience of this otherwise fantastic franchise.

Love this place everytime I go there I get service quick and easy and the food is delicious. Yes the lines long around lunch time but when your foods that good then it’s gonna be.

We eat here at least once a week. Consistency can be an issue, but overall, the food tastes great for fast food. Their customer service is very good. We had an issue once and the way they handled it keeps us coming back!
