Being a Type 1 diabetic, getting my insulin in a timely manor is a must. I called for a refill and was told they would order it and it would be there next morning. Went by the next day, no insulin. Went by 2 days after initial call, no insulin they had to order it. Three days later when I called to check on my insulin was told to find another pharmacy that had it and have them call Cvs. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer at CVS and took my business elsewhere.

Located in a small strip center east of downtown Marion – on the Sturgis Highway. Full serve pharmacy. Weekly ads with specials which can be a real assset in a small town.
