I would NOT recommend. I would not rent from again. Very hard to deal with. It took them well over 2 months to fix a giant hole in my living room floor. My husband fell through the floor and theyre trying to find a reason to blame us for it when the floor is just in bad condition. I have been asking for a carbon monoxide detector which is still not in my home which is illegal not to have. Theyre hard to get a hold of. I have heard bad things about them from so many other people and I wish I had known before I rented from them.
