Walked in around 2 in the afternoon for a couple beers to go as my wife and often walk the dog here and back. The bar was ¾ full of what seemed to be snowmobilers. So I stood and waited long enough to make eye contact with the bartender and also to watch as others come in and sit at the bar. When the bartender ignored me and went to server others I left. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with service but will be the last. From no perch on a Friday evening to terrible bar service, Reilly’s really has gone down hill. In my opinion its time for the owners to take a long hard look at their business and decide whether they should step it up or move on. And when I see the owner(s) next I will make them aware of how I feel.

Third and last visit. Always seem to have an excuse as to why they are out of something. Was wanting a good bar burger and was disappointed. Undercooked and mushy patty. After being told what they were out of, my wife settled on the Mac and Cheese. After 10 minutes she was told that the cook had just started heating the water and it would take at least a half hour before the water would even be hot. Poor kitchen management for sure. At least the bartender was personable.

If there were negative stars that would be my selection. There were 2 people and the cook there to service the clientele. We ordered 4 Bloody Mary’s and they were terrible. They were out of mix, their signature beer cheese, and wraps. No one mentioned the Bloody Mary mix being out on a Sunday during a Packer’s game until we asked what was«wrong» with the Bloody Mary’s. No one offered to replace the drinks at any point and when we tried to order food we could not find a server therefore we left and were charged $ 30 with tip for the drinks we didn’t drink. I do not see us returning. The service has declined with each visit with is unfortunate.

I would give 0 if I could! For the 3rd time in the last 6 months, we called a ahead to see if they were serving a full menu(knowing they run out of food often). We had 11 people out for a post Christmas family dinner — 5 kiddos. They said ‘we have a full menu, come on in!‘ We got there(15 mins later) — they had no wraps, no cheese sauce(= no Mac n cheese, no sauce for dipping pretzels or onion rings, no nachos), & no onion rings. Don’t waste your time for dinner! PS: they have no high chairs that fit at their high-top tables.

Lunch 2 days ago took 2 hours! One cook, one bartender who was also the wait staff. An additional waitress eventually showed up. Food ok, lousy service due to lack of staff.

Excellent Reuben sandwich! Horrible French fries! Tasted like cardboard! Come on guys, served some decent seasoned fries or don’t serve them at all!!! Yuck! Restaurant was super clean, not very busy. Bartender was obviously bored and couldn’t get her attention away from her cell phone.

Have been to Reilly’s on multiple occasions with mixed results in the service area. Had the best experience a few days ago with our server Ronda. Arrived on a Tuesday shortly before 6pm. She appeared to be handling service on her own for a pretty busy dining room. Handled it like a pro. Efficient, courteous, accurate. Food was phenomenal — best sweet potato fries with a unique brown sugar/cinnamon dipping sauce. French onion soup was missing a cheese topping but the broth was flavorful and not salty. Burgers are tasty. Nice menu and overall consistently good food, just include a topping of broiled cheese with the french onion soup!

I’m glad I decided on the coconut shrimp. The portion size as well as the size of the shrimp were great! Can’t beat the atmosphere and friendly staff either!

The food is consistently good, but the service is consistently horrible. Each year we come here thinking it will be better, but it never is. They are very slow and it seems like they are understaffed.

We stopped by for Friday night fish fry and had the Cajun Style Lake Perch. It was incredible! Great flavor! We have never been disappointed, always great food!

Overall I think this is a pretty cool place, nice setting, but maybe not the best place to go on a crowded Friday night for fish. We ended up waiting about an hour to be seated once we got a table service was still very slow which was strange considering by that time the place was emptying out. Sat at a table with a vent shooting cold air right onto your legs, had to put the girlfriends purse on top of it, so that was a first. Good stuff = Reilly Roll and New Glarus Rasberry Tart on tap. Bad stuff = Fish fry was soggy and luke warm. I need hot and crispy for my fried fish. I know they have good burgers so I think from now on maybe I’ll stay away on Friday nights and just hit this place up for a burger and beer during the week if I’m in the area.

The food is outstanding!. The owners are super nice and have hand picked items from the best Irish pubs across the world to include on their menu. They have renovated the entire place and its really impressive! One of the newest items on the menu is something I dream about nightly. The Pretzels served with Beer Cheese soup is AMAZING. The pretzels are soft, puffy, buttery and de-lic-ious. We came over the Fourth of July and they had live music every night — and some pretty impressive bands! They were serving drinks outside with a full pig roast buffet. The portions are massive and the food is very good. The wait staff and bartenders are super nice, we came here several times on our vacation. They have very nice, clean patio space and its a good spot to meet other local lakers. Its right across from the lake and the atmosphere is really nice. Who would have expected this quality out of a small town lakeside bar? Its not a bar, its a true Irish pub!

Great place… The food is excellent. Reuben is the best if you like them. Watched the Blackhawk game and there were many IL folks cheering. They also have a pier so you can go by boat. But don’t tell anyone because I want to make sure I have spot to park my boat next time…

I can’t recommend this place enough. The atmosphere of this place is far and above any of the restaurants or bars nearby, bar none. The food is incredible, their drink specials are always good, and the location is prime. If you are a visitor, check. this. place. out.

Good food, generous pours, only bar in the Terrace so it’s nice to have something quality. The fried cheese curds are deeeliteful. Guinness on tap! Friendly people and a general store attached which is nice if you forget to pick something up in town.
