Eddie is the best contractor I have ever worked with in Boston. He was straightforward, honest, easy to reach, friendly, and came with a laundry list of good references. I asked him to do a complete bathroom remodeling for me. He gave me a straightforward estimate which included a detailed list of the work to be done. Once the work started, as expected in a Cambridge 3-​family house, there were many unexpected costs that arose because of old plumbing and electrical that did not pass today’s code. The foundation of the bathroom also needed to be rebuilt. Eddie brought his experienced and efficient crew and took care of it all. He not only sent his expert crew, however, he personally came to check on the progress and quality of the work much more often than I expected. When I got the final bill, it was just as he had quoted me. I have worked with many contractors in Boston before Eddie, but I will never work with anyone else besides Eddie ever again.
