New England Dental Group is the best !! I love how there’s everything under one roof General dentistry, orthodontist, periodontist, Endodontics. The staff is friendly and very professional. THE BEST !!!

Unfortunately, this is the first negative review I’ve ever had to write, but this experience was unbelievable! I do not recommend, New England Dental Group in Marlborough. Though the dentist may be okay, the office staff left little to be desired, starting with the office manager who was extremely rude, condescending, and contemptuous. Not only did she refer to me disrespectfully as a «girl» (I’m probably older than her}; but she also said, «You need to take care of yourself, because WE only care for people who take care of themselves!» She made it very clear that I was not going to be serviced in that office then or ever. At that point, I decided to leave!!! No one should «pay» to be mistreated or disrespected. This is 2014, not 1964.

Blame on Insurance is not a way to show you are correct. As a matter of fact, I call 2ndary insurance company, they said you never submitted this 11/​23/​2011 bills to them within a year, at that time my primary MetLife Insurance had reached the maximum allowed. If you did not submit it, how can you blame on Delta MA? In this case, Delta MA should have paid the amount for sure.
Due to your mistake did not submit on time, you bill it to me?
I paid premium to 2 companies to have 2 insurance, but you did not even submit to them, you said its Insurance Company’s fault?
Katherine was that one I last spoke to, she said Dr. P. never charged me since it is a tool surface fall off related. However, I verified with her that you have charged my MetLife Dental $ 240, they paid $ 180, then since the Delta MA found this is a duplicated work rejected to pay the rest. You then bill me again.
From no charge at all by your Dr. P. to charge out network Insurance MetLife $ 240, for which Delta MA (that is part of your PDP), only allows $ 130 on the procedure. Even you got $ 180 for something you told me did not charge, and much more than network PDP allowed, now it is still not enough, you bill me the differnce after MetLife had paid. You greediness has not reached an end.
You want to continue on doing this to me and my insurance companies? There are so many Dentists that is within MetLife network which can maximize my plans, why should I not to select a one within the network?
As far as you keep say one thing, doing another, time will tell. You told me I was all set I waited three month to confirm with you again, but when I get in, you just grabbed me and did so much work possible, full mouth X-​Ray, a few thousands treatment plans, said my tooth will crash to pieces if I do not do it,…
It just too much lies, and there will not be another time with you. My insurance company can tell you that you have not submitted the bill of 11/​23/​2011 and I do not think I should be responsible for if you do not do your work. Since you did not submit it on time, then I did not even know it until recently when I went through all the claims and payment for past few years, I called insurance company, then I found this out. I told Katherine all of those, she supposed to get back to me, but never did — here again you still send me the same bill.
So, I do not have any issue with paying any bill before, I do not know how can a business’s billing should be so messy, and not convencing, and appears never a responsible answer no matter what. Lots of financial people but no one does a correct work.
We had been told no upfront treatment plans, afterwards, we were facing the bill due to Insurance company does not cover it. There were emergence time issues too, Angela delayed a noticeable then. I agree with all other reviews with 1 star. Indeed, moral standard is the key to any business; customers should be treated with a financial billing that works.
You did not submit my claim within a year? You just did not know why my appointment got disappeared? You do not even return my phone calls? Not address my issues, just asks to come back again? Katherine, do you suppose get back? May be you will refund what Dr. P said she did not charge?

I don’t usually write negative reviews unless I have a VERY bad experience with a business. I think this is only my second negative review in 3 years of using Unilocal.Anyway, I’d caution people from using this practice because greed and the almighty dollar seem to drive their recommendations and extensive treatment plans for their patients. They do have lots of nice technology, and the quality of the dentistry was fine. However, after my annual consultation, they recommended services and added in charges that seemed suspicious to me. My gut was right: Got a second opinion at another dentist, and he concurred that no dentist should charge a la carte for as many services as they recommended, and some of the services were totally unnecessary. I gave them a chance to work with me on price and maybe eliminating some of the charges, but they took on a self-​righteous attitude and refused. To top it all off, they charge you $ 40 just to get your records. I’ve never heard of an office charging that much, if anything. That alone is case-​in-​point about why this business, um, I mean «practice» just does not work. Consider yourself warned.

Who can say they look forward to going to the dentist? With this office for me that is the case. I have been a patient for many years. After having bounced from one dentist to another over the years; having to wait for weeks for appointments and endless hours of waiting room time in poorly run practices, I was so pleased to have discovered New England Dental Group. So professionally and efficiently run down to every detail. The staff is attentive and friendly and always accommodating. Dr. Panajoti and team are superb and are committed to perfection. Never have I waited more than 5 minutes. I love that I get in and out so quickly and have a lifetime guarantee on the crown work I have had done. I once had need of a root canal that painfully developed while on business in AZ. I called the office and flew home on an overnight flight. They were waiting for me when I arrived, took me right in and all was taken care of.
I highly recommend.

I go out of my way to find excellent health and dental care, even if its not the closest practice in town. New England Dental Group is by far the best place ive found since moving out here 5 years ago… i just got lucky that its now in walking distance from me!
I highly recommend them; overly professional, updated technology and services, and they have a great staff that is warm and welcoming.
