Disappointing experience with touchdown flooring. They were very nice until they got our deposit and things went downhill from there. Failure to return calls numerous scheduling calls, didn’t show up on scheduled days and shoddy work from installers. Would not recommend to anyone. Save some money and use Home Depot instead.
Update: I find it funny that the owner has time to check on his Unilocal reviews but doesn’t have the time to take my calls when I call the store multiple times and leave messages to call me back.

Great selection, great installation. They keep the house clean and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. They scored a «Touch Down» for me!
