Great food, always on top of it. PF in general, has consistency — one key to success. This location, in particular, is in a very nice outdoor shopping plaza. I highly recommend for a great lunch or dinner. Never had a bad meal here– people often ask suggestions– hey, what on the menu is good?! Everything. Pretty much it is all so good that it doesn’t matter. They must test kitchen these recipes to death because I’m nearly sure it is impossible to have a bad experience here. Service usually impeccable. Something about these places– they have great people as well.

Well, we like Chang’s, generally. We’re very disappointed with their«preferred» program as the points expire VERY quickly, barely 60 days. Not worth it. Tonight we had the added disappointment of poor staffing – except the bartender, who was extremely accommodating in helping us chose our wine. The rest of the crew was inattentive, slow with the meal service and indifferent to our questions about the preferred program. After several conflicting stories, we spoke ‘to Chris, the«newest» of their regularly new managers. With some hesitation he found a number for us to call for answers to our questions. So, the takeaway is, Chang’s is trying to promote a «frequent flyer» style program that their staff doesn’t known about or prefers not to know about. Nor did they seem to care that the reviews in Unilocal, for this particular location were«sub-par». And, While they are currently enjoying throngs of patrons, particularly on this Saturday night, with the narcissist indifference of their current«millennial» staff, I wouldn’t be surprised if their days are numbered.

Haven’t been here in super long. So delicious. Fried dumplings were on point. Crab ragoon sauce was so good with the Chile sauce. Mongolian beef and pad Thai were so over the top great. Our server Rick was pleasantly friendly and full of good knowledge. No complaints just all compliments. Will definitely come back.

I used to love P.F. Chang’s because they had good food and they could cater well to people with allergies, like myself(peanut). We made dinner reservations for 6:30PM on Mother’s Day. We had to wait half an hour to be seated and even more time to be waited on. Finally after putting in our drink and food order, we literally had not seen our waitress until she brought our apps and drinks out at the same time, almost half an hour after we had been seated. I understand that they were busy, but the waitress didn’t check on us at all. The food was decent, for the most part. The lettuce wraps and calamari were great. The main meal dishes were just ok(nothing special), except the lemon pepper shrimp, which was phenomenal. We had to send one of our dishes back because it was cold. I don’t recommend the beef dish we got(Beef á la Sichuan), as the meat turned out really dry. Honestly, I would recommend going to a mom and pop shop to get Chinese food. For the price and quantity, the food is just not worth it, and it just felt too mainstream. The entrees had no real umph or character.

Horrible. Call center has gotta go. Nobody communicates properly over the phone. We, a business, have ordered multiple lunches, huge orders each time, for years, and there is ALWAYS an issue. Had to call twice to place the SAME order. Was hung up on and when called back the restaurant said our order wasn’t even there. Nightmare. ALLFORSOMELUNCH! Dumb.

Service was lack luster my wonton soup which I’ve had here many times came with raw noodles. I was just not pleased with my experience overall. I was also with two others. One had no issues the other had a mai tai that he didn’t finish and calamari that huge said was mostly breading. I won’t be back here for a good long time

The service can be very unorganized at times, especially when busy. Although, the food is pretty descent and great for those with allergies. Food is decently priced for the amount you get as well. Also, service varies from server to server. Some don’t care others have your every need taken care of int he blink of an eye.
To sum it up, not impressed. Went here 2 years ago with my family. I ordered the sesame chicken. It came with no sesame. After I left and thought about it, I was a little perturbed that I was not offered any kind of comp. So it’s been 2 years. Tonight I ordered the sesame chicken, and yes, no sesame on the chicken. Really? This is high end Chinese? It is way to dark inside at night(Maybe it’s so you can’t see if they actually use sesame). The food is very good, but I have been to small local Chinese restaurants that are very good and 1⁄3 the cost. The Lettuce Wraps are the only saving grace. The server was very friendly and helpful. Also, the kitchen was extremely slow. By the time we left, there was a long wait to get in. If the kitchen could move a little faster, there wouldn’t have been a wait. Will not be going back again. They had two chances. I’m done with them.

The service was good here, the food was ok, and the drinks were meh. My husband and I came here for happy hour. I ordered spiked lemon tea and he got the mai tai. My drink was waaaay too tart I couldnt get past one sip so I sent it back and got a mai tai like my husband which was MUCH better. We also ordered the chicken lettuce wraps which were seasoned well and the dynamite shrimp which was just ok(too much breading). Not sure we’d return, the drinks are much stronger at the Princeton location.

Place is ok… ordered dynamite shrimp and chicken lettuce wraps. Ordered a mai tai which was just«ok» I’ve had better drinks. I probably wouldn’t go back but it was ok on the list of pf changs I’ve been too. The one in Princeton is better.

I was recently here with my whole family to celebrate a few birthdays and unfortunately, we had a rather unpleasant experience. We made a reservation for 6:30 on a Sunday for 13 people(4 were kids). We were seated about 15 min later and were put at a large, yet awkward table. The table didn’t seem to reach the booths on either end, so the people sitting at the ends were very far away from the table, making it an awkward distance to eat. The room is also darker than I remember it being. It’s so dark that it’s pretty hard to see people(especially if across a long table) and it’s so loud that you can’t really talk either. Whatever. These things, I could get over. It was the rest of the experience that just was absurd. We had 2 servers who were very pleasant to handle our service. We ordered our appetizers in an extremely timely fashion– 2 lettuce wraps, spring rolls, and edamame. About 5 – 10 minutes later, we ordered our main entrees and the kids’ meals. We ordered beef with broccoli, orange chicken, cashew chicken, chicken lo mein, kung pao shrimp, 2 salads, 2 kids chickens, a kids fried rice, and a kids lo mein. The appetizers were brought out pretty quickly and were pretty good. We’ve always been a fan of the lettuce wraps and they were good, but not great this time. The rest of the apps were good and all was happy. Then. the night took a turn for the worse(dun dun dun). After about 40 minutes more of waiting for our food, we asked the servers to please bring out the kids’ meals. They were getting hangry(!) and we were trying to avoid a crying catastrophe. The servers said the kids’ meals were going to come out at the same time as everyone else’s, but that the kitchen was backed up, so they weren’t sure on how much longer. We asked probably a total of 3 more times for them to just make the kids’ meals and send them out ahead of the rest of the food. Twenty minutes later, we still had no kids’ meals and really no service at all. Our water glasses were never refilled, nobody came over to the table to see how things were going. really just all service stopped. It was very strange and I’ve never experienced anything like it. My sister-in-law tracked down a manager and asked her for the 4th time to bring out the kids’ meals. She promised they will be out in 5 minutes. Twenty minutes LATER(this is like almost an hour and a half since we ordered!). still no food and barely any service. Family starts to get angry, like really angry. Kids are crying. Total chaos ensues. We ask to speak to a different manager, who says he will go check on it, then disappears! Probably 10 minutes later, the food starts coming out. However, there were NO kids meals on the trays. I’m sorry, but you can fire a kids’ chicken dish in 5 – 10 minutes easy and unless they’re going out to the rice patties and getting the rice to order, I’m pretty sure kids’ fried rice can be made in under 5 minutes. It was so ridiculous! The managers on multiple occasions promised the kids’ food would be out and they were exactly the LAST meals to be brought out. On top of that, the managers both did not have the decency(or more frankly, the balls) to come back to our table and apologize. They sent a poor waiter who was not even our primary waiter to tell us that the meal would be comped and to apologize for them. Poor poor managerial skills and certainly did not sit well in our book. After the food came out, we hardly even wanted it anymore since we were so annoyed and sickened by the experience. They forgot our beef and broccoli, but we told them to forget it. We just wanted to get out of there. One of the servers we had was sweet and after we finally got our food, kept coming out to check and make sure we were all ok. I think the rest of the staff wanted to avoid us, which was pretty awkward and hilarious all at the same time. We appreciated that the meal was comped but after being there for over 2 hours and having that terrible experience, it could not even be redeemed. We will definitely not be back and suggest that the managers of that place learn some customer service skills fast.

Pan Asian sounds like ad-speak for an invented cuisine and at PF Chang’s it kind of really is. However, that doesn’t mean the food isn’t pretty good. At PF Chang’s, it kind of really is. Here is my take: This outlet is very popular so the wait at lunch or dinner can be long. More so on weekends. Once inside, the décor is B Movie cool — dimly lit with walls lined with Charlie Chan-esque Movie memorabilia(mostly statues). Booths around the perimeter are the best places to dine(in my opinion). Every visit(we have been here a lot), the servers have been friendly and efficient. We usually start with the lettuce wrap and salt and pepper calamari. The lettuce wrap is always great — especially when you try the server-mixed sauces that they bring to your table. The calamari — this appetizer can vary and the portion size is smaller than the price. I keep trying and say it is 60⁄40 good /so-so. We always share dishes(some times there are four or five of us) but the orange peel items(shrimp and chicken) always make the table. On several occasions, the shrimp was over cooked(a little too chewy) — the chicken, always spot on. I have fallen in like with the ginger chicken — a delightful white meat dish with a slightly spicy bite and it has replaced the shrimp dishs for me. Too bad too, since when the shrimp is done well, the dish rocks.(I hope someone in the kitchen here reads this.) Overall, we all love«Chang’s» and eat here three or four times a year. However, this restaurant is 100 miles from home and we only get to eat here when it’s not crowded and we’re visiting our niece and kids. Prices can be a little steep but the overall experience is Disney-like and the atmosphere is part of the PF Chang’s charm and(I guess) adds to the bill. I have been to outlets in Indianapolis and Weehawken as well as this spot and found the food consistent across the board. My only complaint is that I wish there was a restaurant a little closer to home! Recommended.

It has been a while since I have been to P.F. Changs. I had forgotten how nice it is inside, although a little dark. It is really a cool space for an Asian themed chain restaurant. We went for lunch and had a couple of things off their lunch menu. We had the Jicama Street Tacos Pairing and Asian twist on tacos, served in crisp jicama shells and the Chicken Satay Pairing– Flame-grilled, marinated chicken skewers glazed with coconut peanut sauce and served with crisp lettuce cups and a vegetable slaw. This came with a choice of soup or salad. Both dishes were good and had decent flavors. They felt a little more like appetizers then lunch. They are listed as lighter lunch pairings and were about $ 10.00 each. The chicken for the satay was cooked very well and wasn’t dry. The peanut sauce had some nice heat. The JIcama taco was basically their lettuce wrap chicken in a jicama taco shell. P.F. Changs. no longer brings out the vinegar and chili sauces, at least not for lunch. I always thought that was a nice touch and you could adjust the spice level of the food. Service was very good and on the rainy October day they were about ½ full for lunch.

The prices range $ 15 and up for an entrée, and the quality is on par with any standard issue TGI Chilibee’s. Slightly better than the average Chinese takeout joint, but still not worth the price difference. The chicken was tough and not crispy enough, the sauces were unremarkable. They have also chosen to lessen their effort regarding presentation; specials are rattled off quickly and impassionately, service is slow and inattentive, and worst of all they no longer feature their special sauce presentation. Now there’s just a lonely bottle of soy on the table. They just stopped trying, in my opinion.

This was the first time I had gone to a P.F. Chang’s. I went here for the first time with a group of 4 people for lunch. I had their chicken lettuce wrap and I ordered 2 sushi rolls; kaleidoscope and spicy tuna. Very, very mediocre. I mean like grocery store quality packed with sushi rice. Although the server was nice, I realized that this is just chain restaurant, masking as something different. Also, there was an unflushed poop filled toilet in the ladies room. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

OMG!!! This place looked good and had the ambiance but lacked the food and flavor. The food was somewhat bland and not very good. To make matters worse me and my co-worker were sick all the next day. Service was great though. Avoid this place if you value your intestines and stomach.

My mom recently acquired multiple P.F. Chang gift cards. So on a Thursday night at 7PM, we decided to use them and enjoy a dinner there. When we arrived, we could not find parking and had to park across the street in front of one of the stores. The waiting area was packed as well, we were told the wait would be at least 45 minutes, but we could take advantage of either the bar or community table without a wait. So the community table it was! The community table was located right behind the bar and could fit six people. We were seated at the end of the table, the middle seats left open and a couple on the other end. It took almost 20 minutes for the waiter to come over and greet us. When he did, we put are whole order in. Drinks arrived 10 minutes later, while the soups and appetizer took a good half hour to arrive which was frustrating. The waiter was clearly overwhelmed, and in turn was slow and kinda rude in the beginning. As the meal went on, and the crowds left– he was much better to deal with. But enough about the service– on to the food! The entire menu looks like a fancier/more expensive version on pei wei. My mom and I decided to order from the 2 meals for $ 39 menu. This included two soups, one appetizer, two entrees, and one dessert. We both order the Cup of Wonton Soup– delicious and super hot. We split the Crab Wontons, 6 per an order. These are my FAVORITE thing on the menu, they were fabulous. All the food comes family style, so for our entrée we split the Moo Goo Gai and the Mongolian Beef. The Mongolian Beef was delicious! Both dishes had plenty of food, we even had some leftovers. For dessert, the 2 for 40 comes with 2 dessert wontons. We went with the Dessert Chocolate Raspberry. But since we were sitting at the community table, we had seen the dessert our neighbors had Banana Spring Rolls, so we had to order that too. What a great decision– they were the best part of the entire meal! The Banana Spring Rolls included a plate of 6 crispy bananas with ice cream and toppings. I can’t wait to go back– but next time I’ll make a reservation!

The service at this chain restaurant is excellent. Our waiter, James, was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The food is decent(comparable to any other P.F. Chang’s location, of course) and is served hot. I ordered the Ma Po Tofu and although marked spicy, I requested it to be prepared«extra spicy». Unfortunately, I received a flavorless entrée(didn’t taste any spices apart from salt and garlic) but that isn’t the server’s fault. While there are 4 vegetarian items on the menu, I personally only recommend the Buddha’s feast(which pairs really well with with the garlic noodles FYI). The meat options are usually tasty. If you are vegetarian, be sure to let your server know because several seemingly veg entrees aren’t because of oyster sauce. The spring rolls, crispy green beans, and vegetarian lettuce wraps are tasty choices for vegetarians and carnivores alike. Before I became a vegetarian, their legendary lettuce wraps, hot & sour soup, egg drop soup, hot & sour pork/chicken, and Mongolian beef were my favorites.

We’ve been going to PF Changs for years and it’s always been a nice treat from our ordinary weekly Chinese takeout. Over the past 5 years or so I feel this particular location has gone downhill. Their service is subpar and I often feel like I am bothering my server if I would like a refill or extra napkins. This particular time we went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Food was delicious however we made the mistake of trying the Flaming Pork Wontons off of their Chinese New Year menu. Wish we would have saved our $ 9.50. They were good but for six small dumplings in an ordinary spicy garlic sauce it was definitely not worth the money. Not for $ 1+ per dumpling that’s for sure.
