Small businesses beware, spoke to a Marquis who was set up as my account manager, we had a payroll service with them and when I hired an independent admin service there was no need for payroll service anymore. I told them that I don’t have any more employees so stop any more billing. He told me that he they still have to file 0 returns even if I don’t have any employees. In other words they were robbing me of $ 52 a month to do nothing. When I complained he did not think at all about customer satisfaction and what is right. They wanted to make money of doing absolutely nothing! They were constantly trying to upsell with products that I did not have any desire, and would lie and state that they wanted to see me for 5 – 15 minutes and stay in my office for an hour. What a RIP OFF!
