I recently purchased glasses at this Walmart Vision Center. The prescription had been written by the in-house optician, Dr. Morse, several months earlier. I think she’s terrific. I was also tremendously impressed by the center’s manager, Malik, who went above and beyond throughout the process of selecting and fitting my new glasses, as well as showing great patience while navigating my complicated insurance plan in order to provide the best possible pricing. Finally, I am delighted with the finished product — the glasses are of excellent quality and all the extra features I requested were perfectly applied(progressive lenses with transitions). Trust me when I tell you that these glasses are remarkably stylish and well made. I have eyewear that cost three times the price of these glasses and these glasses look just as great as the expensive counterparts!

Walmart did my exam and I ordered my glasses from them. The optician was very nice and polite and efficient and the glasses were exactly right. They use computerized testing machines which are very different than the tests done at most opticians, but it worked great. Only minor complaint is the girl at the front counter was confused by my insurance and overcharged me. I later returned to correct the mistake and they were very obliging.

Worst place to get glasses. I ordered glasses and they called me and said the glasses are ready to pick up. When I went to pick them up, the left lens was messed up. Apparently they had it as 50 for a 350! The lady apologized and asked me to collect the correct lenses the following week. 4 days later, they cal me to inform that the glasses are ready for pick up. I asked her if the lens had been corrected and she was sure it is correct. I go to pick up my glasses and bingo, it’s the same mistake again! Worst service ever, I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.
