After a tree branch had its way with my rear derailer, wheel, and chain, I walked in here with a mountain bike I thought I might have to abandon in the UP, and walked out $ 20 later back on the road. I’ve never written a positive Unilocal review before, but felt karmically obligated to because these guys were so awesome. They knew I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on the repair, so instead of replacing parts that would’ve been easy for them to replace, they were able to salvage almost all of my components and get me back out there quickly and cheaply. They clearly love riding, love what they do, and are really good at it. Good people who made me want to move to Marquette.
