Ordered trophies for a Little League baseball team and these were nice quality, good price, and delivered in only a matter of days with regular shipping. I even had made a spelling mistake on my online order and when I called the same day about it, they were able to quickly correct my error and get the order on to production. Trophies were packed nicely to avoid damage. I have used them several times in previous years and I am always very happy with the results.

Ordered plaques needed by a specific date, called for assurance it was doable, paid up for overnight shipping a week in advance, and they did not arrive. They blame FedEx, I called FedEx and they say they never got the package — only that a shipping label was printed. Unfortunately finger pointing doesn’t get me the plaques in time to present them. Perhaps it ultimately isn’t their fault(although it seems like this kind of business would make sure to get a confirm from FedEx that the package was picked up?) They also offered that«I’m sure the owner would be happy to refund the shipping on your order if you like». Well, of course I would like you to do that, and after a follow up email they are doing that. If it was my business I’d refund the order price as well, but they choose not to do that. Their call. But anyway, that’s the rationale for why I chose to give a 1 star review. If I’m the only one, then ignore my review and move on. Unfortunately only 2 prior reviews on Unilocal.Their own website posts reviews that are very good for what it’s worth. I will review and post here an update about whether my review gets posted(I don’t have any reason to think it won’t.) I’ll also update if I get to the bottom of the FedEx thing. Current Update: FedEx says their driver remembers picking up one package that date, same size, with a different tracking number and a different delivery address that apparently made it on time. But not two. So they say. I don’t really have an opinion on what to believe, and maybe it’s somewhat unfair to blame QuickTrophy if it was FedEx’ fault. I just know they said they’d get it here and it didn’t happen. Another update: plaques finally arrived, and they’re nice. Upgraded to two stars. Still don’t understand what happened with original package, and hard to rate higher since their response is basically not our fault, we did everything right.

Recently I have had several bad experiences, dealing with a variety of different businesses. I decided to order a trophy recently and need it in one week. I Googled the internet and found QuickTrophy. I thought I made a mistake on the shipping method(On a Sunday nonetheless) and e-mailed them to change the shipping method. Normally I’m use to bad service, and expected not to receive a reply or get an auto generated response. First thing Monday morning I received a detailed e-mail by «Stephanie» and she stated she was going to personally make sure the product was made, packaged and sent in that same day, so it would arrive to me BEFORE my «need date»! Simply awesome customer service! They have very good prices and a LARGE selection, I ordered a «Go-Kart» trophy, now how many companies would carry this? The ONLY bad part, and this is NOT their fault; is the shipping was more then the product. But, this is the shipping companies rates. gave me 4 or 5 different shipping methods though! This company really lives up to their name! Highly recommended.
