Best Western Regency Inn

Okay hotel. Biggest highlight is the indoor pool and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is your typical hotel breaky! Rooms are your typical size and comfort. Friends reported clogged bathrooms but mine was fine. Was here for work so not sure on the price.

Just OK.
Pros:

Microwave/​Refrigerator in room
Nice workout facility
Cons:
Walked into room and it was basically like a freezer. Cranked on heat and took 3 hours to get warm.
Wifi is spotty
Started shower this morning and a brown/​rusty color substance spewed out… glad i was to lazy to go get water out of my car last night so I probably drank that out of the faucet!
Hotel is kind of a maze, seemed like only one stairwell that got you to the lobby. (No Elevator)
Overall this was an ok hotel. If you are just staying a night or two its not bad. Front desk this morning was very friendly. Breakfast was really good.

Had a meeting here in one of the conference rooms a few weeks ago. The ac was broke the whole time and it was hot as hell. Now for the positive. We were served some tenderloin sandwiches and homemade chips that were out of this world. I was only there a short time, but I had to get the word out about the chips.

Alright so here goes:
Pros:
1) Connected to a bar/​restaurant
2) Indoor pool
3) Updated rooms & functional
4) Friendly staff
5) Free hot breakfast every morning
6) Microwave & fridge in every room
7) Located near several restaurants
Cons:
1) No elevator
2) The food at the restaurant sucks
3) Crappy gym — Seriously needs updating
4) No wifi
Overall, it’s a decent hotel. They lost 2 stars because they don’t have an elevator. What hotel doesn’t have an elevator now a days!?! And because they don’t offer wifi.
