My friend called to get bailed out. We agreed 500. And thery would leave the remaining 399. 00, in jail account. Told me thet would pick me up in richmond snd brung me home to concord. No they toke all the money 899 and don’t even pick him up. Went to office said no refund. Applied to bond. Told us we would be paid off sooner. And that they where busy and did not have time to give rides. Wow take money and run

This is the last place where I thought I would writing a review! First came here on March 1^st as one of my family members were in jail and me and my sister had to bail them out.
Although this was a stressful situation and process Hugo and Renee was able to help us through it. Hugo helped us through the paperwork and completed through the phone so when we came to the actual location we just read over everything and made sure it was correct and signed! How easy is that right?
Perfect location, if you don’t have money when you get here no worries because there are tons of banks around the area: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citibank.
Parking is very convenient especially on the weekends the wait wasn’t as long as well because of the weekend. During the week days expect to wait 4 – 5 hours.
Overall, I’m very pleased about the customer service from Hugo and Renee! ! Thank you guys for taking the time to explain everything to my sister and I! I don’t expect to be in a situation like this again but if I do I know I have great people like you that can help me get through it!
