Purchased an entire Kitchen several years ago. Awesome deal and the customer service was excellent. Best place in the area to get new appliances and great prices!

Bought 3 kitchen pieces. All Samsung. Beat em down a little on the price. Good deal. Scratched a little but who cares. I will shop there again. Talk to people the right way and they will work with you.

I thought I got a great deal was happy in the beginning until my Samsung refrigerator started leaking water out the front… when I called for service I spoke with Matthew about it and he tells me there’s an easy fix for that get a screw driver and he’ll walk me through it??? WTF I thought I had a 6 month limited warranty! He also states he doesn’t have the man power… still waiting on a phone call back after speaking with him! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

Terrible! I purchased a new unused washer from them. The washer sensor or something must have been off bc every load was giving me error signals. I had requested a 60 day warrantee when I bought the washer so I called and scheduled a time for them to come fix it. I had to take a half day off work and the tech only stayed for 5 minutes. He told me he would have to go to the office to look at the manual and then come back another day. Wouldn’t you think they’d bring the manual with them on service calls?! I then had to take another day off work. I was stood up. I called at least three times while they kept saying «He is on his way.» Finally they said, «We don’t know where he is. We will bring you a new washer tomorrow. They finally arrived and the delivery man acted like he was put out for having to do his job. The washer looked good and I was relieved. Later, when I went to really use it, it was clear that, unlike my original purchase, this washer was used. I found a rusty hair barrette in the fabric softener spout. My clothes came out like musty old laundry. I was so frustrated and had lost so much time, energy and work that I didn’t go back to them.

Good place to shop for major appliances… nice customer service… good deals
