VERY good FOOD… We had the chicken, potato salad, macaroni and coleslaw … Plus chips … John helped set it up.
All we got was great reviews from the guys
as they ate

Bam BBQ provided catering to a thirty person event at a company event. The food was very good, and everthing went very smoothly in terms of delivery and set up. The pricing is also very reasonable.

I was recently treated to one of John’s pulled-​pork sandwiches for lunch, and truly enjoyed the experience. His sauce was a nice blend of tangy and spice, without overwhelming a generous portion of perfectly cooked pork. My experiences with pulled pork at fairs have sadly colored my expectations for this meal… but John has brought me back around to barbeque with tender, juciy meat (none of that horrible dry stringy stuff here thank goodness). My only critique would be of the white bread — as I’m a staunchly whole-​wheat/​whole-​grains sort of girl. However, this is definately comfort food worth reserving a hungry stomach for.
