I have never been treated so well at a pharmacy, and I am one of ‘those’ customers. I’ve used all of the big chains over the years and they have left me suspicious and jaded about pharmacies and pharmacists. Because of this, I am almost shocked at the level of care and concern shown to me by the staff here. Never an issue– never.
Once I showed up hours early to get a prescription (my fault), and they apologized and told me it was just being delivered and might be a little wait. I wandered around for like three minutes before they called my name. At walgreens, a ‘wait’ is like a day or two. Anyway go here and give them your money and say hi to Trudy because she is an angel!

I love this store! The manager Jon is always friendly and helpful. Jennifer is the sweetest person ever and always has a smile! The whole staff is cheerful and hepful.

John the store manager is awesome! Looking for a SeaHawk nutcracker and they are sold out. He has a few on hold one from November that hasn’t been picked up and sells it to me!!! Thank you so much and so happy I don’t have to keep looking!

I will always shop here! Everyone is so friendly. Trudy is the best always asking how are you doing how is the fam. Even tho walmart is up the street still prefer going to this Bartell’s

Never get my medicine right! So aggravating! I don’t think they understand people have to take medication and they can’t take there sweet time to fax in my request. It’s been 5 days now still no medication. I call my doctor and they still haven’t received a fax from bartells … seriously come on!

Not just your local neighborhood drugstore. The customer service knows no end at Bartells, if they don’t stock over the counter or behind the counter pharmaceuticals that you need they will try to special order it. Besides their over the top and all around great attitudes Bartells has just made the new wine addition to the store and I, personally love it.

I love Bartells! The prices are decent, they have a pharmacy and this one is right down the street from my work. Bartells has a small, hometown pharmacy feel to it and I love that.
