Love this place. The ginger tofu is my go-to order but everything is yummy. Love their hot and sour soup too. Yes a little pricy but sooo worth it. Great service too very friendly.

Eating here was my first time trying Thai food and I was very impressed. I ordered the brown fried rice and gyoza. Both were amazing. It gets slightly busy on the weekends so if you’re in w hurry try somewhere else. The food is ultimately worth the wait.

I really enjoyed the food at Chan Thai. I ate the crispy basil duck meal and it was delicious! I have also tried the tom yum soup which was also really good! I would definitely go back!

I forgot to update my review from my last visit. I ordered 3 star spiciness and that was just right. I forgot what I ordered from their overwhelming of choices menu but I made a mental note that it was great.

Been sooooo long since I’ve had great Thai that I took it off my list of food fav. This place was totally dead but did not stop the staff from great service. The place had great décor, fresh, spacious and nicely lit. Food was really tasty. The mango salad a bit too tart but good.

Have been trying to find a really good Thai place up here and finally found one! We went there based on Unilocal reviews and we are really glad we did! Prawn Pad Thai was really tasty. Other reviews mentioned the crispy garlic chicken which is #63 on the takeout menu but the restaurant menu only goes to #62. Really glad to have that tip because it was delicious! We also ordered pot stickers and calamari. The portion sizes were ok but definitely not on the larger size. Service was great — fast and pleasant. We will definitely go again even though it’s a bit of a drive. Well worth it!

One of my favorite spots in Marysville. Chan Thai has such a cool dining experience that’s super clean and contemporary. A much better experience compared to other Thai restaurants in the area. The food is really clean and fresh tasting. It doesn’t taste greasy of overwhelming. You can’t write a review for Chan Thai without mentioning the awesome service. I’ve been in at least a dozen times and they know my order right when I sit down. But they still ask if that’s what o prefer because sometimes I like to try some of the other amazing dishes but my all time favorite is the Crispy Garlic Chicken with a side of brown rice!!! So amazing! The presentation of the dishes is beautiful. I’d support this business all day. If you haven’t tried this gem in Marysville, then it’s about time you do!

I was not even aware of this restaurant until I saw it on Unilocal. What a great addition to the area. There’s ample parking in the strip mall by the Shell Gas Station and Car Wash. Nice, clean interiors and comfortable booths and 4 tops. The menu is not extensive, but they offer many dishes that you won’t find in your neighboring Thai restaurants. The Crispy Garlic Chicken is a must-have. You won’t find it on the menu, but they will have it on their tent cards. Nicely battered topped with fried garlic flakes, green beans and basil. We also enjoyed their version of the Pad See Ew(Stir-fried wide rice noodle with broccoli, egg in sweet soy sauce); Crab Fried Rice(Stir-fried jasmine white rice with egg, crab meat, carrots, peas); Beef and Broccoli and the Spicy Meat Combo(chicken, beef, and pork with basil, baby corn, bamboo shoot, onion and bell peppers with thai chili sauce) — this dish was spicy! Not everyone liked the Mango Salad(fresh mango, red onion, cashew, cilantro with tamarind dressing). I loved it, but if you are sensitive to the smell of fish sauce, you may want to skip this salad and try something else. The restaurant was half full(they had several to go orders walk in as well) and they only had one server. He was very efficient, friendly and food was served in less than 15 minutes. We will definitely be back!

Unilocal users did not disappointt. I love thai food and have tried thai food restaurants all over California where I live. We looked up 4-star asian food and we’re surprised to see the high ratings fir a strip mall restaurant; sl glad we didn’t let tgst deter us. The food was delicious! We ordered fried calamari, crisp and served with a sweet dipping sauce it didn’t last. Dinner was seafood combination, coconut soup, and of course pad thai. Seafood was fresh, flavorful, pad thai made just the way I like it… spicy, and a bit on the sweet side. You can order degrees of spiciness 1 – 5, we stuck with 2 and 3 which seemed to be just right. Service was prompt and friendly. Reasonably priced.

A nice spot tucked in a strip mall away from the Tulalip business. Standard traditional Thai entrees — nothing unique but they are well done. The pad thai has a quite intense salty fish sauce flavour — something I kinda like. Small portions but a fairly good price.

We got tom yum soup, mango salad and sen yai seafood, they all came out delish!

First visit was a great experience. This place is a hidden gem. Tucked in behind a shell gas station hidden by overgrown shrubbery. Thanks to mapquest I was able to locate. The shopping center has a lot of shops and a few place to eat. Restraraunt was clean and inviting. The server was friendly and helpful with menu choices. Within 5 minutes of sitting down I had been served ice water had my appetizer and drink order filled.(iced tea and Gyoza) Main dish #24 pad see yew(beef) spice level 3 of 5 Main dish followed 5 minutes after the appetizer arrived. Halfway through the meal embarrassment struck… I realized I had left my wallet at home. The server worked with me to use the phone in method for payment. Great place plenty of seating. All ages friendly. Definitely will be back again

Chan Thai is the better of Thai restaurants in the local area. The first time I had lunch here, they served us shrimp crackers with a slightly spicy peanut sauce. Their calamari can be better by having a different dipping sauce, the sweet chili sauce is over-used, especially after trying a host of different Thai restaurants. Heck, if the seasoning had more substance, I would eat the calamari without the sauce. I ordered the Pad See Ew with Tofu, no stars, I’m a wimp like that. This dish won me over. The second time I came here, no complimentary shrimp crackers. I did, however, want to try their crab rangoon and ordered it. I did not get the opportunity to try it because they never brought it out. Thankfully, they didn’t charge me. Unfortunately for them, it was a missed opportunity to expand on their sale. Sure, the servers who can remember a long list of orders is impressive. But if there is even the slightest chance of forgetting something, why risk it? This time around, I wanted to try the dish I always try when I hit up a Thai place: Pud Kee Mao. It was so-so. I would come back for their Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. I would not order the fried ice cream, the ice cream to outer layer ratio is disproportionate and the batter was slightly bitter(it could also be the oil). Nor would I order the Thai iced tea again because of the small drinking glass it’s served in. I can get more elsewhere. The layout is open, but maybe a little to expansive. The middle of the restaurant is clear of furniture, as if they didn’t buy enough tables. Maybe it’s a dancefloor during the evening? It’s a good spot to settle my Thai cravings.

My other half and I decided to come here on a random Thursday night for dinner. I read some really good reviews here so I thought we would give it a try. The interior and ambiance right when we walked in was impressive. There was a little water fountain, an illuminated city backdrop of Bangkok(I’m guessing) on the wall, and ample seating with booths and tables. The restaurant is nice and spacious. We started off with the calamari which was okay. Not too bad but I’ve had better elsewhere. Will be skipping that the next time and it was honestly a little pricey for the amount we got. The sauce that came along with it was good though! I ordered the Pad Se Ew with chicken and ordered in 4 stars for spiciness. The flavor was great. The spice level was on point. I am a fan of spicy food and I thought I was being modest with 4 stars. It gave me that fire without compromising the flavor of the food. The broccoli in the pad Se ew was perfect. It wasn’t tough to bite in and it was fresh. The other half ordered Pad Thai with prawns however they got the order wrong and brought out pad Thai with chicken instead. The waiter was apologetic about the mistake and the correct order was brought out. According to the other half, the pad Thai tasted really good. The prawns were huge! We ordered a Thai iced tea and Thai ice coffee which were both good. The prices are decent. Food is great. Service was awesome. We will definitely be back.

I really like this place. The food and service are top notched. I have been here a couple of times now and I have yet to be disappointed. The food is very appealing and taste delicious. The red curry with chicken is some of the best I had. The pad se ew was about as good as it gets and can rival those in the mother land. I am working my way through the menu trying to figure out what I like best. So far it has been all good. The décor is warm and inviting and there is plenty of room in the seating area. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Thai food.

My fiancé and I have visited probably 20 – 30 different Thai restaurants in the Puget Sound area. Chan Thai is easily in our top 5. When we visit a restaurant for the first time, 1 of us will order Phad Thai 4* chicken as a barometer… so long as it’s Thai-style(no catsup). We are always disappointed when we hear our server say«we buy our sauce pre-made», that usually means it is orange in color. Pass. Our other go-to is fried rice chicken 4*. Chan stuck the landing on both of these dishes. The fried rice had an addicting«smokey» flavor to it. The Phad Thai was«dark brown». Beautiful. Occasionally we feel the need to add a little brown sugar to our P.T. not here, we wouldnt change a thing. The atmosphere/interior has a Thai flare to it. They’ve only been there a few months, so everything looks new. The young gentleman who waited on us was friendly and attentive. He seemed genuinely happy that we were there. Although it is not exactly in our neighborhood, this is now our first call. Worth the 15 minute drive for us.

Another great Thai restaurant that has appeared in Marysville. It is tucked away inside a little shopping area. Well worth the stop. The Tom yum soup comes in two sizes and the small is just the right size for a starter. The egg plant basil dish was very good with amazing taste. And the Pad See Ew was also very good. The portions are the right size and we left very satisfied with price and the food. Dessert was the FBI Fried Banana and Ice Cream and added to the end of the meal. Total bill came out under $ 50.

Oh my. this is such a nice Thai treasure in Marysville! The crispy garlic chicken was scrumptious! For appetizers we had the calamari and the fresh rolls… The peanut sauce had a little spice to it… the plum sauce was to die for… Service was perfect and we are going back tonight… love this place!

The Unilocal reviews do not lie. Chan Thai is awesome! I also love how it’s so close to Tres Hermanos, another local restaurant that I’m a fan of. But this one has a much higher proportion of food to price. I could seriously eat here every day and never complain or go broke. Almost the entirety of their menu was under ten dollars. It’s like a dream come true. I got a small bowl of soup as an appetizer, and I ordered the Thai Basil Combo that came to my table in five minutes. That is some seriously speedy service. There was a mound of jasmine brown rice, some Pad Thai, and the dish itself that was ready in such a short time. They still managed to make it taste great. Finally, they served me one small scoop of ice cream at the end. I love a little treat like this. It’s a gesture to show that they care, and they’re definitely starting off their business on the right foot. I hope that they continue to do well in the future.
