Keith Foote, Realtor, C & K Team, Keller Williams: Let’s begin with full disclosure: Keith has been a family friend for many years. Our decision to work with Keith (and write a review) is not because he is a friend. Our decision was based on how well we know his character, his ethics, his expertise in the field, and his passion for doing the best job possible for his clients. He exceeds expectations in every area.
He worked with a family member to buy her first home. He listened, really listened, to what she needed and wanted in a home. He compiled a list of homes within her price range and set up site visits in a short amount of time. When she found the home she wanted, it was Keith’s knowledge and ethics that resulted in her offer being accepted over the other offers that came in at the same time. He quickly responded to her e-​mails and questions regardless of the day. Keith stayed on top of things from start to finish.
Again, I stress his knowledge of real estate and the geographical area, his ethics, personal and professional, and his passion. We highly recommend Keith and his team and will look to him again in the future.
