Excellently run shop. They do notoriety, they’ll sell you a stamp, they will package parcels… excellent vibes, as well. Money well spent, here.

I had to return a package and was expecting to be there for at least 5 minutes because I had to cut some paper and make a copy and buy some tape, but the gentleman behind the counter did everything for me and I was in and out within 2 minutes. AMAZINGCUSTOMERSERVICE(: I will be sending my packages out through Mailbox Junction rather than the Post Office.

We had a very pleasant experience securing a box. The customer service was exceptional and efficient. I appreciate the convenience of having one stop for picking up and dropping off USPS, FedEx and UPS. The peace of mind that my packages are safe and secure is an added bonus. I would recommend their service.

Could not agree more with the other review. One of my pet peeves is the door– opens outward(instead of swinging both ways) very difficult to open and wrestle when bringing packages. The sour lady just stays behind the counter and watches you struggle. Too bad the owner is super nice but because of the unhelpfulness of that lady and the occasionally young guy i am now avoiding the place as much as possible. I used to bring lots of packaging materials for them to use — no more, not if i have to fight my way in to do THEM favors.

I have had a mailbox here for 2 years. It is a store that will help you mail/ups/fedex anything. They sell packaging things. The back part is the store the front is personal mail boxes. There are 3 different employees here. The owner is a guy in his 50’s(I think) who is super friendly. He helps me out to the car when I have too many packages and a baby, and a million magazines. He’s always cheerful and nice. There is an older lady with grey hair, who always has a big smile and helped put a crib in the back of my car. Super sweet, and helpful. Then there is this kind of sour lady in her late 30’s or early 40’s. She pretty much just scowls at me. And is grumpy about any thing, like having to go in the back and find my packages, which is one of the most basic functions of her job. I always dread getting her help with anything. I would honestly prefer just strait up sass to a sour puss. In addition to that they close pretty early on week days, so I am always the one to get the mail, since they close before Husband gets home. I would give them 5 stars if they stayed open till 6:30 or 7, and if grumpy girl ever smiled, or just was generally nice. They do everything else pretty well.
