Pro Nails

I have been going to this Salon for several years. Owners are delightful and friendly, always have done a great job. I only go here, will not go anywhere else.

I went in to try this place out at 10:00 a.m. on a Monday and it was surprisingly busy. They had a good choice of polish colors for my pedicure. The lady who worked on my feet was very friendly and thorough. She used brushes, files, clippers, etc. The lotions they have smell wonderful. You get a foot message with your pedicure and the large chairs they have give you a back message. Good service at a great price! I walked out very happy!

Took my Grandaughters in. All 3 of us to have mani-​pedis. While the girls (8 & 10) had their feet soaking, their fingernails were painted. No soaking, lotion or massage. We each had 3 different people working on our feet. All three got different treatment. One got no leg/​foot massage
Anyway, all three of our feet were done and their hands were done (no drying lights, etc) and they had totally forgotten my hands. I decided not to remind them since I just wanted to go.
Folks were friendly enough but inconsistent with their care. Went there last spring and they spent lots of time with us. This time we were in and out. No one else in there so not busy.
We won’t be back
That was yesterday. polish is already coming off.

Always happy going here as I have been since the day they opened over 14 yrs ago! The only reason for the 4star rating instead of a 5 is because I notice when they are particularly busier than usual they get a little hurried in their work which doesn’t produce the usual results.

If I could rate this place any lower I would. I visited this place a few months back and had the worst experience ever. I figured I would give them another try thinking maybe it was an off day!!! WRONG!!! This place is so terrible I went in for a simple shellac and had nail polish everywhere but on my nail. I don’t even believe the people working are licensed. Anyhow after telling her multiple time she didn’t get all the old shellac off my nail she continued to tell me it was my skin. Omg I am so angry. The outcome was red nails that were painted unevenly and not painted no where near close to my cuticle with sides missing paint as well. No tip for them and I will never go back they should be ashamed of themselves and the quality they are putting out!!! DO NOT Go trust me!!!

Great service, friendly people, fair prices. I’ve been going to this salon for over 4 years now and would recommend it to anyone!

The absolute worst manicure service, I have ever received.
I was in and out (picking a color, manicure, paying and drying time) withing 20 minutes. Seriously.
She started to file my nails and then just stopped at the second hand, first nail in and picked up the cuticle pusher which she only pushed 4 nails and then picked up the cuticle nippers. She cut back all my cuticles and then grabbed the debris on the nipper and threw it over her shoulder.
Absolutely disgusting!
She took my hands, dabbed them in water, buffed them and literally, SLAPPED lotion on my hands. It felt like I was being beat up. Several times, as she was slapping the lotion on, my hand would get caught in her movement and jab myself. It was so unpleasant.
she slopped on the polish, no top coat and sent me on my way.
As lame and quick as this review. That was the service I received.
