Over the years, I have visited many coffee shops in the area. This location on 116th is one of the best. Their service is friendly, knowledgeable, and there is always an energy of warmth and welcoming. No one knows me by name, but every time I go in, I feel like a regular. I am always willing to go a few extra miles to enjoy their service.

This location is usually pretty good. Seems busy, but the lines are never really terrible. However, now that we are approaching the hotter weather, I have noticed that they’ve been out of stock of certain cold drinks. Other than that, this SB is pretty good.

I work in the same shopping area as this location. I stop by probably 4 times a week to get my morning coffee and breakfast. They are always great, friendly, and have never been wrong. More than 75% of my store team goes there and we all adore this Starbucks!

Customer service is great! I feel like I’m almost friends with a couple of the baristas. Hopefully doesn’t mean I’m going too often but they recognize me when I pull up to drive thru and remember what I get.

They happily remade my Americano from another nearby Starbucks that was burnt. Very nice and accommodating.

I stopped by on a weekday evening to try one of the new frappes they have for the Summer(6 new flavors, yay!). I’ve been a semi-frequent Starbucks visitor over the years, and while I’ve been to this location only a few times, find it to be one of the better ones in the area. Most of the employees are very friendly and attentive, and though I’m not the kind of person to say something if I don’t like my drink, here I would feel comfortable doing so because they are so outwardly friendly and open about it! The barista taking my order had thorough knowledge of the SIX new drinks even though they had just came out, and was patient with me as I dug through my purse to find the elusive gift card that actually had money on it… and it wasn’t the first, second, or third one. Received my drink quickly, found the location to be clean, bright and nice and cool on a hot day. Overall 4 stars, because, «Yay! I’m a fan». Thanks, Starbucks!

Great location. I come here a couple times a month on my days off and the team is always nice. They are fairly high volume so they are able to balance the stress of the random splurts of business. My drinks and food items are always amazing!

Was waiting forever for my drink. Finally the barista asked what I had since I had been there a while. Nobody had bothered to write it on a cup. I also inquired about my sandwich since I didn’t see anyone heat it up either, and it wasn’t busy over by the food case. She checked on it, and nobody had started on that either. My ENTIREORDER gets forgotten, and they didn’t offer me anything to compensate. Thanks a lot. I’m reminded why I rarely go to Starbucks.

Update: STILL the rudest staff at not just the local Starbucks, but any of them that I have been to. I came through their drive thru today,(the first time in a long time). There was no line, probably because it was a holiday, and I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frapp. This horrendous experience started right then by the employee rudely spitting out my order back to me, making sure to put a strong emphasis in pronouncing CarMEL vs Caramel. Taken back a bit by the attitude, I told her that was right and drove up the the pick up window– where I received not even a hello, just my order total. I paid with cash, and as she handed me my change, I couldn’t help but notice her fiddling with her tip jar on the windowsill. Fiddling with it and moving it around, not just once, BUTTHREETIMES. REALLY? You expect me to give you a tip after this?! As she handed me my drink, it was also received with a heavy sigh and an ever so noticeable eye roll. WHATTHEHECK, STARBUCKS? At least they managed to make my drink correctly this time. My suggestion is to go to the Starbucks on 88th in Marysville(without a drive thru), or bypass this pompous, careless, poorly managed location and drive two more miles North to the drive thru location in Smokey Point.

I’m not sure what’s going on. We stopped in on our way to BC and it looked new and very high-end from the outside. One of the nicest ones I’ve seen. But our service wasn’t great. Drinks weren’t great and she didn’t even provide us with a straw or napkins. So we weren’t very happy with this location. Hopefully we’ll get a chance to give it another try and see if they heard the reviews and improved :)

The drive thru is annoying. The staff get right in your car window and annoy you with stupid questions while you wait for your drinks. There’s this guy with long blonde hair and he’s the worst. Messes up the orders and talks really loud. He gets right in your car window and screams questions at you. It’s not amusing, it’s annoying. I just want my drink, I don’t need your face and loud annoying voice in my car window annoying me while I wait 10 minutes for my coffee. The coffee is okay. There’s better Starbucks out there. Just skip this one.

We had to pull over and stop for a bathroom and coffee break on the way back from a long Portland trip. I have to say that this is the most disorganized Starbucks with teenage staff that don’t know what they’re doing. There was no one in the coffee shop, however, was instructed to wait 2 minutes while the lady at the counter insisted on starting and finishing a task before serving me. She wasn’t mid way through, she hadn’t even opened the bag of beans. Instead she should’ve rang me up before going on with whatever it was she needed to do. Another employee saw that I was waiting there with salad in hand and helped me out. He felt bad I waited a full 2 minutes to get served. Really disorganized.

There were seven women working, and yet somehow, it took 20 minutes to get my drink. Which ended up turning out like The girl just mixed water and milk together. Come here if you have a lot of time to spare, or just want to chat with baristas.

Visiting area and stopped into this Starbucks my husband and I ordered our usual drinks but was surprised that the price was different than normal back where we live. The tax surprisingly was the same. We learned that different Starbucks locations can be different priced we were a little surprised by that. Other than that drinks were made consistently and tasted great!

I love their passion herbal tea here! I ask for no syrup shots and it still tastes amazing! I think I could come here every day, especially with the weather that we have been having. The customer service here is great! They are fast at getting me my order. Parking is not that great though. I’ve came here sometimes and had to wait to leave because there were cars behind me going through the drive thru. So they probably need to fix that, other wise it’s a great place!

The coffee is good, the service not so much. The girl who took my order was harried and didn’t’ really listen. She passed my order onto someone else, in correctly and I corrected it with that person. In the end she made it and I had to correct it again and she was visibly miffed with me. The employees are loud and shout to each other so the atmosphere is not that relaxing. Too bad, cuz I do enjoy the coffee.

I frequent this conveniently-located Starbucks anytime I am on business in the area(which is about once every two weeks). It’s right off the freeway and in a standalone location(with a drive thru). Since Starbucks drinks are mostly push-button, I don’t think reviewing the drinks is necessary. They are push-button consistent and decent. What else can I say? At my last visit though I was looking for something iced, so I asked the cashier if I could try the new Iced Via. She gladly prepared a sample pitcher for me(with the intention of sharing samples with other customers). For the record I do like iced Via — it was pretty good. Side note: I feel bad for Starbucks employees these days. Corporate is really pushing«sales» in that they require them to harass us about purchasing stuff like Via. It can get annoying but I don’t really fault the cashiers. Anyway, I usually have a nice time talking to the baristas/employees at this Starbucks. Most of them tend to take a sincere interest in you and what you’re doing there. And, after getting them to make a pitcher of Iced Via, I never even bought any and went with the Starbucks Double Shot instead(yum!). I liked the Double Shot better than the Iced Via btw. They actually thought it was funny and didn’t bat an eye when I pulled this on them which was nice. No attitude and friendly. Cool.
