Should I be surprised when I tell a waiter we are splitting a steak to have sub-standard service? My waiter was so horrible that we had to get assistance from water– waiter 3 times. Food was delish, thank you Chef, but the waiter gabbing with other tables, I guess spending more $$, and leaving my table to our own means. We called the manager over, he was useless. Note to future visitors; Stay away from clam chowder, food poisoning. We were there almost three hours. Way too long for dinner for 3. This steak house would be a good candidate for one of those fix my restaurant TV shows. Front of the house a big fail.
