Surgery is always scary, no matter how minor. A loved one recently had a procedure done by Dr. Jones. When I met him prior to the procedure, my mind was immediately put at ease. Talked to many medical professionals over the years and this was probably the first time I didn’t worry during the procedure. Best of all, his office called with lab results within hours, so immediately we knew there was nothing further to be concerned about. Can’t thank you enough!
If I ever need to see an ENT specialist, I know who I’m going to see!

Recently, I brought an older relative to Dr. Craig Jones, ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat Specialist) for evaluation regarding issues of feeling «light headed» whenever she walked continuously for exercise. My relative, who is very sensitive regarding anything being done to her ears or head, was completely at ease as Dr Jones took her through multiple testing procedures. Under other circumstances or with any other doctor, I know my relative would not have agreed to the use of certain machinery.
Amazingly, she came out of all the testing more at ease and confident than I imagined possible. Dr. Jones and his staff, definitely are compassionate, caring and highly professional.
When we went back for her follow-​up appointment to discuss all results, Dr. Jones made sure that we understood every aspect of the testing results and the next direction indicated to move forward with appropriate care. Dr. Jones and his staff handled all referral documentation and contact — again, professional and exactly as it should be done.
I strongly recommend Dr. Craig Jones, his staff & his new office location! They certainly are what I would always hope for in a medical facility!
