I’ve been taking my 3+ family vehicles there for years. I have always overlooked the high pressure sales tactics for upgrades, etc. as «part of their job» for the normal quick service. Yesterday I visited and opted for the already overpriced cabin air filter upgrade for $ 24.99. Just before I left I asked to see the old one and was disappointed to find out they had «FORGOTTEN» to put it in. I wonder what else they have forgotten over the years– other filters, synthetic oil, etc? Staff was apologetic but this oversight was unprofessional, at best. I will NEVER go there again.

Friendly folks. They give your car a good going over and check everything… headlights, turn signals, tire pressure. Prompt friendly service! In and out in no time. Very professional people. Explain everything!
