Customer service was horrible, even after letting them know it was my first time. The manager was very rude and the pizza was meh, there are definitely some better options within a few blocks. Do yourself a favor, get some Little Caesars and a 6-pack of beer, you will have a much better experience than at West Shore Pizza in Mason!

I saw the pizza restaurant on the news and decided to try it. I placed an online order for take out. When I got there the order was lost so I had to reorder the foods. The food was okay so we decided to try the Philly cheesesteak again online order only to get home and have chicken not steak. Just left a bad impression to big errors on both of my orders.

Where to begin. Service is absolutely horrendous. Second time ordering was told one hour for delivery. An hour went by so i called them. I was told that my order my hasnt been prepared yet. This is once again another disappointing experience with them. Will never order from them again, learned my lesson. Will stick to franchise pizza companies from now on!!! Don’t do delivery unless you have hours to wait on the food!!!

West Shore pizza is great! Aside from excellent local pizza(as opposed to a lot of the chain stuff around) they have great other options too like their sandwiches and also the zeppolees which are delicious and plentiful! Huge portions! They also deliver which is super convenient and we take advantage of that often when we just want to have a lazy night in. Can’t go wrong with these guys!

My family really likes Westshore pizza. We love the pizza and we like the atmosphere. I would be giving them five stars except for two things: service is pretty slow, even if you just want the $ 6 two slice special, and the selection for the $ 6 is very limited. Like another reviewer said, I once asked if they could make another of one of the pizzas they had just sold the last slice of, and the answer was ‘no’. Offer more selection, and be more customer friendly, and I will change this review to a five!

NOTVEGETARIANFRIENDLY! I visited Westshore Pizza today to complain about my last visit this past Saturday. It was only 8:45 pm on Saturday & they close at 11pm. Saturday I asked for the«2 slice special» because I only had $ 7 in my pocket. All they had available was 3 «OLD» slices of «meat pizza» & «a half pepperoni half cheese pizza». I asked for a fresh pizza because I said: «I am vegetarian & will not eat the pizza you made with pepperoni because of possible cross contamination». The manager told his employee«NO, his only choice is to buy a whole pizza to take home». I told him I only had $ 7& I drove here from Hamilton. He didn’t say anything & then walked away! WOW… so I left disappointed & hungry. When I told this story today to the«OLDMAN» owner — HELAUGHEDATME! He said: «next time call before you come to see if we have what you want». AREYOUKIDDINGME? What has happened to good CUSTOMERSERVICE? HECOULDCARELESSABOUTMYDIETARYNEEDS! That’s twice I was disappointed with the customer service at this place. VEGETARIANSAVOIDTHISPLACE they don’t care about people’s dietary choices. I guess they are doing so well selling«DEADMEAT» that they can afford to turn away Vegetarian clientele… FYI I went to eat at «BLAZE Pizza» and they made me exactly what I wanted with a HAPPYSMILE…

Westshore has a great menu. There is something for everyone. Their food is great and their portions are nice size — especially the calzones. I would definitely recommend coming here!

West Shore Pizza is a fun, clean pizza chain that is family friendly but suitable for anyone. The staff is super nice and the restaurant is very clean and well lit. As far as the setup of the restaurant they have a few large screen tvs and a few smaller ones throughout the restaurant that usually show sporting events. There is a Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga game tucked away in the corner for kids and nerds. A variety of seating is offered as there are high top tables, lower tables and large booths that can seat six to eight people. They have radio-friendly music(pop, 80’s) playing in the background which was loud enough to hear but not blaring. WSP is located in a strip mall so parking is abundant. There is also a nice patio area where you can sit when the weather is nice. Most of the patio is covered so you are protected from rain, too. WSP offers six beers on tap and also has a few beers available in cans and bottles. Some microbrews available but mostly popular brands that you’ve heard of and nothing terribly adventurous. They offer Sutter Hill wine by the glass if you happen to be a wine snob. Unfortunately they don’t have a full bar but since this is a casual, family-friendly restaurant beer and wine is what I would expect to be served. For beverages there is a drink station where you can choose from several Pepsi products and get free refills. Oh! And WSP has a loyalty program where you get discounts and free items for all of your visits. They also offer online ordering and have takeout and delivery. I also noticed that they sold wrist bands to support cancer and had a donation jar for another charity. Nice to see a local business doing that… But onto the pizza!!! That’s why you’re reading this, right??? WSP offers a thick crust in giant slices. You can order a whole pie or add ingredients if you want a special order. But they are really set up best to get pizza by the slice. The pre-made pizzas they offer(That I can recall…) are plain cheese, pepperoni, veggie, white special, supreme, buffalo chicken and bbq chicken). The few times I’ve been here the pizza has always been very tasty. They also have specials where you can get two slices and a soda for $ 6 or a slice, a side and a soda for $ 6. Very reasonable, right??? Today I had a slice of veggie which was loaded up with fresh cut vegetables. All of the tables have holder with parm, red pepper, oregano, salt, pepper and paper towels. There is a full menu they offer including salads, wings, appetizers, calzones, hoagies and grinders, cheesesteaks, sandwiches, burgers and desserts. Whew! I will point out that while the staff is friendly and attentive there isn’t really any table-side service. Someone brings your food out and asks if you need anything but that is about it. You order at the cashier, fill your drink and find a seat. That is pretty much it. They are open until 10pm Sunday through Thursday and until 11pm on the weekends. West Shore Pizza makes a good pie and offers a clean restaurant in which to enjoy it. All of this is at a fair price, too. The lighting and lack of adult beverage variety contributes to the feel of a family restaurant which isn’t a bad thing for this establishment. This is a great place for lunch, dinner or carryout or even happy hour outside on the patio.

Bought a coupon online to try Westshore, we were greeted by very friendly servers, they suggested Philly steak so we got that and a pizza. They had good beer on tap also. The pizza was good, nice crust and flavorful sauce, the Philly was a disappointment, good bread plenty of meat but cheese sauce tasted artificial. When I had the real thing in Philly the meat and banana peppers were the highlight, the cheese just drown out the meat flavor.

Friends of mine schedule a casual meeting at Westshore Pizza. A bit of a drive but I love an adventure. Westshore Pizza«delivered» the goods! Our group of 10 enjoyed great foodies + pizza. Foodies included broccoli poppers, garlic wings, thai/bbq wings, garlic bread knots… all before the pizza came out. And what a job they did on the variety. Our pizza was actually a serving of several Westshore offerings. There were slices of pepperoni, white spinach riccota, buffalo chicken(yummy) and white cheese. The pizza was huge and hot. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the freshly baked bread poppers covered in powedered sugar. I was immediately reminded of Café’ DuMonde in Nawlins’ by how fresh, warm and melt in your mouth these little babies were. Great dessert!!! The evening weather was snowy so Westshore was not busy. I think we got some over the top service. The servers were attentive and one even helped take our group picture. For now, my experience with Westshore Pizza and their owner, Patty S., was delightful. Let’s all go to Westshore in Mason, eh?

I have a lot of respect for any place as community-oriented as these guys are. It really is a family restaurant and the owners are local and visible, despite it being a chain pizza place. The $ 6 combos gets you 2 gigantic slices of pizza or 1 slice + salad/soup and a drink. Portions are not a problem here, but I like having the option of swapping in a salad. I usually go with the White Special or one of the specialty slices. Do yourself a favor and try the funnel fries, just don’t try to tackle them with less than 4 people. And it’s only like 3 bucks.

While the pizza and the other food taste pretty good, the restaurant does not care much about providing good customer service. This past Tuesday my wife and I ordered 2 dinners at 6:30pm but at 7:20pm my slice of meat-lover pizza still was not available. When i went back to the cashier counter to let them know about the extended delay, the young lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed that I was asking about my pizza slice. If you are looking for pizza in the Mason area, take your appetite to Marco’s or Marion’s pizza within ½ mile.

I came here with a group. I ordered a turkey club w/fries. They use 3 pieces of bread on the club and it really was way too much bread made it way too thick. Sadly, the fries were not very good either, I don’t know how you can mess up fries, but they tasted strange. +1 for a percent of our proceeds going to charity tho. I was able to sign up for a point program called Spot On, and get a free drink, so that was nice.

The cheesesteaks are awesome and the pizza is good. Value is pretty amazing. I will go back often, until that Marion’s across the street opens, and will always come back for the value and change of pace.

If it wasn’t so family friendly, if it did have the patio and if it didn’t have cold beer, it would be worthless.
