Good neighborhood pizza. I have not eaten at the establishment. However, I do order for pickup the service is good and fast. The pizza is very tasty always made to order. That’s something I really like plus the staff is friendly and efficient something you don’t see everyday. Will definitely order other items on their menu.

Ever since the owners switched, the pizzas haven’t been really great and I think people are complaining to the wrong place. The previous owners have three new pizzerias in college point, onderdonk ridgewood, and ozone park. They should change the name here on Unilocal,to the name the restaurant that is here because other people would think that Martiniellos is bad and it’s just the change with the owners, I think it happened twice. Thanks for reading this, I guess.

They suck The pizzas greasy delivery takes too long and by the time you get the pizzas cold and all over the box

I’m going to give them 3 stars… for now. If you had asked me about 6 – 8 months ago, they’d have gotten 4 solidly, maybe even 5. I used to order from Martiniello’s at least once a week, and the same went for my family, all of whom I put onto them as being the best delivered pizza in Maspeth. I haven’t ordered very much over the past couple of months, mainly because a couple of orders weren’t up to par. The pizza was incredibly greasy(leaking through the bottom of the box hardcore), or the cheese had slid all over the place, stuff like that. One night we ordered through GrubHub and weren’t told for over an hour that our food was legit just not coming. Seriously? Of course that was the night I had an extremely pregnant, ravenous friend over, and there it was after 10 and I had nothing to feed her. Oh, and one really wacky thing; they have an AWESOME vodka sauce… most nights??? Once in awhile I get a really lousy batch, it’s just not the same quality or recipe. I wonder if I’m getting some kind of substitute chef on those nights? Anyway, they haven’t upset me enough to make me jump ship to another pizza place, but I’ve definitely ordered from other places way more than I used to.

I’m not sure what happened to this place but since changing owners some dishes taste different. I ordered a tuna hero(will be making my own tuna from now on… lol) lets just say I wasted my money. The rest of my order I had no issues about.

Regular Neighborhood Pizza joint. Good food at a good price. Conviently located across from Glenpatricks Bar. My preferred items are the grandma slice and the chicken roll.

I would order here more often, as my family loves their pizza, but the wait time is unacceptable. Every time we order from there, we have never received our food in under an hour. Tonight, we waited and hour and a half and the woman who usually answers the phone was very rude about it, claiming that’s the average wait time for pizza on a Friday at 5pm. She couldn’t be any more wrong, or rude. I’m done with them. Their pizza is good; not amazing and not worth the wait.

Got a slice there. Tasted like it was sitting out for a long time. Woman behind the counter extremely surly. No thank you or goodbyes. Was funny when they had a white square in their window which was actually a ‘C’ grade that they must have run through the washer a few times!

Let me say that anytime I am in Queens visiting family, 10 times out of 10 we order from this place. They give good portions for the price and the food is pretty good, too. The staff seems pretty courteous on the phone, and they must cook the food to order because it tastes so fresh. A+

Martiniello’s is good, but not great. On a more subjective category, the sauce is a little more bitter than I’m used to. This is not necessarily a bad thing as some folk prefer their sauce more bitter than sweet. I, on the other hand, find that this steers me away from their pasta and more toward the pizzeria items. Again this is not really a strong negative since it is, after all, a pizzeria. The only other complaint I would have would be the waiting time. Despite being located very close by, they tend to take upwards of an hour to bring their food. Frankly if I have the time and am not in a picky mood, this is fine. If I am relatively hungry, however, an hour of waiting simply will not suffice, walk ins however are speedy.
