Square One Service

have only had great experiences with square 1! George is such a nice man and takes the time to explain the issues and your options. they are very reasonably priced also! i do a LOT of baking in my Viking oven. i had previously used another «Viking approved» repair company that actually replaced my parts with fake parts that were not Viking approved at all and caused more problems. since then, George has been my go-​to guy for several years! i only wish Viking itself were as efficient as he is! lol. highly recommend!

My Viking range needed new hinges. They ordered the hinges and called me when they came in and we set up date to install it. Very efficient and reasonable!

Square one is not responsive to customers when waiting for appliance parts. I have been waiting for 2 months for simple oven parts. I know they need to wait on the company, but square one has not provided any updates to me. I had to call the company to get a direct contact and have been he middle man trying to find the parts Square One ordered. This has been the most frustrating experience. To top it off, Square One voicemail has a message that they are closed for 2weeks!!!
Finally got an appointment and sent them all the tracking information i got from Viking to help them. They tell me I have an AM appointment last week, and now my appointment is at 2pm and no contact information provided to reach out to the service to get updates since the time is in the middle of the afternoon.

The best ! I would recommend them to everyone who needs appliance repairs.
George explains the reason for the repair and offers suggestions. Prices are reasonable and reliable. Great customer service. Hats off to George and Robyn.
