We would not recommend this company. They put in a patio for us in early Fall 2014. The patio was really nice and we were happy with the work. There were a few issues that’s needed to be fixed. We were promised that they would be back, but it never happened. Then it became winter and we were told that it would be fixed in spring when the weather became warmer. We still remained patient and understanding. We received a call in April and were told that we were on the «repair list» and they would be there in 2 weeks to complete/​fix everything (they had initially reinstalled our gate and put it on crooked, flower bulbs weren’t fully removed from the flower beds that they were getting rid of and now we have flowers sprouting up everywhere through our newly grown lawn, and a small portion of the new patio wasn’t installed level). Well, it’s July 2015 and we are still waiting. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner (call and leave multiple messages and we wouldn’t hear from them for over two weeks). And when they say they will call you… they don’t. After calling them several times and asking for them to show up, they finally gave us a day and time that they would be there to do the repairs, but they never showed up nor did they call to explain. We had to call them to find out why they never showed. We were never given a logical, acceptable answer. The only thing we ever heard was «sorry.» Well, we are now «SORRY» that we chose Tuozzolo and Sons. The initial work is great but trying to get them back to fix issues and finish the job properly is next to impossible. It’s not worth all the aggravation. There are plenty of other companies out there that do great work AND take customer service/​satisfaction seriously.
