Where do I start? I was extremely excited to have a Domino’s come to Massillon having loved it when my sister worked for them years ago. That was until I ordered from this one. My first experience my order was wrong. I called the store and was told that I could come in and get the whole order again for free. Guy wouldn’t give me his name just told me he would write mine down. When I called to order, that note was no where to be found. Guy who took the ordered just told me order whatever I wanted and he would take care of it. Got to the store to find my order wrong AGAIN. The guy behind the counter(no joke) was begging me to get him fired. Told me he hated working there. He said the owners/managers only allowed one individual to work in the store at any given time. Really? So one person is supposed to bake all the pizzas, make the rest of the food, take orders, handle customers, clean the store, etc? I called their corporate office after hearing this and was promised a call back from the owner or manager of this franchise. That never happened. Haven’t been back since. 2 wrong orders in 2 visits? Nope. Not my style Don’t care how good the food may be. If the service doesn’t match it I won’t be back

I love the crust. Perfect service and nice atmosphere. The cheese does not fall off after you take a bite.
