Firehouse Grille & Pub

Well… pretty much everything was terrible, but in the most entertaining way. If you want to go to a place with low quality food, terrible drinks, friendly but uneducated staff and entertaining customers then look no further! Firehouse Grille and Pub is the place for you.
I had fun because of the entertainment and the company I was with.

Prices of drinks and food are pretty good. Atmosphere is good. Not handicap accessible.
Food is good on some days and not so good on others. Like the waitresses and bartenders.

Waitresses Miss Donna and Miss Chaitra made our visits terrific. Donna was the reason we went back once more before our departure to AZ. Chaitra gave great service. We recommend the food along with the service. Really good beer selection, full menu, great atmosphere!

Nice bar & grill. The sauerkraut balls were phenomenal (will be going back tomorrow just to get more… homemade kraut, bacon, & mozzarella in a lightly breaded & rolled ball, nearly the size of a racquet ball, with an awesome horseradish dipping sauce), the Erie Island Dusted wings were also good. Cobb salad left a little to be desired, but again, think pub food! Wednesdays have ½ off ALL alcohol, even top shelf. Again, I’ll be back!!! 3 stars is representative of the fact that I travel weekly and know 4 – 5 star quality. Don’t overlook this place!

We are regular visitors to the FireHouse. Love the wings, ERIE ISLAND DUSTED are our favorite. Don’t skip the chicken nachos and my daughter loves the gyro

Cold food. Crappy drinks. Girl looked like she hadn’t brushed her hair in a year. Pretty sure she was stoned.

Not our first trip to this location. We preferred the massillon location over the Navarre location due to being more spacious and better lighting. Although tonight was a major disappointment!
— First of all the hostess took us to a booth after we asked for a table. I had to repeat 3 times as we stood by the booth before she got the picture!
— as I put sugar in my cup of tea I realized there was dried food on my spoon.
— appetizers came only a couple of minutes before our order. And considering the temperature of my food it was not fresh out of the kitchen
— my flat bread sandwich & fries were served in a paper lined basket. As I cut my sandwich into bite sized pieces the paper shredded under my knife. This made me think of the dirty spoon. Did the paper (supposedly) replace washing these basket?
— our waitress acted like she was scared to death. Maybe she was new and not ready for a busy Friday night?
I ended up bringing over half of my order home so I could eat it on an actual plate.
So in closing, if you enjoy a dark bar atmosphere where you can be served on dairy queen «dishes» then this is your place.
You’d think they’d be more on their game, overall, for a Friday night. We won’t be back for a long while if ever.

Loved the burgers, loved the $ 1 burger, good fries. Huge menu, will try something else on the menu next time! Great service!!!

Firehouse in Navarre is much better.. I have eaten at the massillon one 4 times even went there for nye on year. and never once liked my food. wings are under cooked, fries soggy, burgers like hockey pucks.. and service is nothing to write home about..

Decent food and overall value. Wings were good. The Buffalo Chicken Salad should have had more chicken

Asked for a steak restaurant and this is most definitely not a steak restaurant. This is a divey hangout to eat wings and drink beer. The food was barely average. I had the sirloin and «rib legs». The salad was standard iceberg lettuce, the steak was 2 small medallions to make 10oz. On of which was over cooked. The rib legs were ok but kind of bland. The beer (Fat Tire) was good and a good price. If back in Massilon I will try somewhere else.

I wrote a really good review about this place a little over a month ago. It was my husband and i’s favorite ‘go to’ spot in massillon. I’m not sure what has changed in the last month, but the last two times we have gone in the food tasted and looked like garbage. The salads arent as fresh, they tasted like they had a mayonnaise residue in the bowl it had been mixed in. My husband got beer battered fish, and it was horrible. The oil was not hot enough to start frying fish in, so all of it was limp, greasy and the breading was falling off. Our waitress had food from my husbands plate all over her fingers when she brought it over. I’m sorry, but fingers should never go INTO the plate of food. I overheard another waitress stating loudly that she was so sick that ‘she shouldnt even be at work right now.’ So disappointed! We used to love going here.

I had an appetizer, a burger, and a beer and by bill was $ 13. So value here is outstanding. The app was the jalapeño pretzel and it was decent. The jalapeño was very lacking but the pretzel itself was pretty good. Cheese sauce was sub par — not even worth adding to the pretzel. The burger was small, but it was a lunch special and I don’t believe it’s the same as the normal burger. But it was decent, nothing really wrong but nothing special. The fresh cut fries were probably the best part. They were thin cut and cooked nicely. They have a really large draft beer selection but most are pretty standard beers, not much in the craft category. Overall just decent, but prices are great.

The food is pretty good. I’ve never taken advantage of the one-​dollar burger special or the half-​off drinks, but those and their other specials do seem to be a good deal. I’d recommend it for the local flavor it has, but only if you don’t have anywhere to be in a hurry, because the service is very slow, though friendly. The menu is expansive, and you’re almost sure to find something that sounds good on it, from a burger topped with all kinds of artery-​clogging deliciousness, to gyros, to calamari.

I was a very big fan of The Firehouse in Massillon. Their $ 1.00 burgers and Wednesday «Half Off Adult Beverage» Special are tops in the area. The drink selection and prices are great but the service is only OK. However, a recent turn in events has made this the brand new Pittsburgh Steelers’ Backer Bar and now I find myself no longer supporting this establishment. I am sad to see what me and my friends dubbed as the new «Spot» snubbed out because of the tasteless choice they made to not support their own community. Their New Schedule should include — Friday: Canton McKinley Bull Dog Backers Night, Saturday: Michigan Wolverines Backers Day, then Sunday: Steelers Backers All Day! Go Tigers, Go Bucks, Go Browns, and Go Somewhere else… sorry Fire House you burned your own bridges.
