This place sucks! My relatives came across a very nice looking pre-​owned Tahoe and the website said to call for price. So they called and the lady that answered the phone wouldn’t give a price. She says,“I can’t give you a price but what’s your price range?” We simply say we just want a price it’s not that difficult. The website even said call for price! Very disappointed in the quality of service. Never going to purchase a new or pre-​owned vehicle ever from that place ever again. The owners are the most annoying people ever and the quality of the experience was terrible! Would not recommend! We went to look for another Tahoe not that long ago and the paint was completely messed up and the headliner was complete tore and they were asking $ 44,000 we are looking at a quality like new Tahoe for $ 35,000 same color same year and basically same mileage! Don’t waste your time at this disappointment of a dealership «For the people» I’m very disappointed!

Dropping off our new truck for an oil change. We have three Chevy trucks and always rely on a Chevy dealership for the service to maintain them. Using real Chevy products will make a difference.

Twice Progressive Chevrolet told me they located new vehicle I was looking for. Gave them $ 250 down and both times they could not deliver as promised.

Even though I lived within 4 miles of this dealership for about 35 years, I was never able to deal with them. Intractible and condescending is the way I would describe them I guess. Even so, when my friend of 50 years, who is 78, wanted to look for a good used car, I said he should check them out since he also lives close and would benefit when he needed service. Now, he is «old school» and just wanted a straight answer: «what is the car gonna cost me». Instead, he got figures on what the paymnts would be (he was a cash buyer), benefits of financing and the old attempt to sell him a more expensive vehicle. (i.e. «we don’t have anything in the 15K price range) Really??? That’s a lot of money where I come from. You can buy a brand new bare bones Chevy Sonic for a bit more than that. Anyway, he had a bad experience, my fault for sending him there I guess. Thanks Unilocal for the venting forum.
