Progressive Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Sevice was ok, they called me when the part came in. The part was there when I showed up and it was as expected. However they over charged me for the part from the quote. Then charged me a core charge and the associated taxes as well. However when I returned the core they refused to refund the taxes charger for the core as «it’s their business practice, or maybe it’s the law either way we (progressive) do not refund
any taxes charged on a core.» So I complained and made an call to a lawyer to find out if they were lying or just to lazy to refund me the tax. The lawyer said that not refunding the tax didn’t sound legal but would look into it an I should come in for a consult for a fee. So because the taxes charged were under $ 10, I did not do the consultation with the lawyer as it wasn’t feesable. But I’m not at all happy with how progressive Chrysler bullied the extra cash and taxes out of me and I’m sure every other customer. I plan to do more research but will most likely not do business here.

On the website they had a car and we called and they said they had it in stock. We went there and it wasn’t even on the lot. Terrible service and they employees are very rude! Do not recommend!

The car that was listed on Autotrader was not available when I arrived. Even though I called and confirmed the availability ahead of time. Coincidence?
I called a day later and a lady assured me that the car was not sold and was available for a test drive. Untrue! I spoke with a manager who setup a time for me to meet with Tim Sanders (owner) personally.
I arrived and waited more than fifteen minutes (84 million years) before I just grabbed the nearest sales guy.
The sales strategy here is SUPER HIGH PRESSURE. At one point, the salesmen asked for my credit card. He mentioned that he wasn’t going to charge anything he just wanted to present it to his supervisor as a sign of good faith. This guy tried every trick in the book. He tried to get me to sign for the vehicle before we even negotiated a price. When I indicated that I wasn’t happy with the price and would need sometime to think it over, he got very aggressive with me.
I’ve been car shopping for about a month. I’ve been to allot of different dealerships. Progressive Chrysler Jeep Dodge was the worst.
