I went to this location today just to unwind after a long day at work and what surprised me was the lack of staff in the store. I walked in and there was only one person working in the store. Having one person working the store leaves the store vulnerable to shoplifting because there’s not enough staff. I was also not impressed with the fact that they could have had better standards of shop appearance because the counter where the cash registers were looked like someone slammed a large board down and screwed in credit card swipers and called it a counter. I’ve been to lots of BBW stores and the appearance of the store was more up to date and looked well staffed. Giving the fact that the store looked like they have a high turnover in staff employment. Its an ok location just needs to be staffed more.
