Empire International Buffet

Well I used to go here every other Sunday after church for about 2 years. that stopped in about 2005. I went 2 time in the last month. once just cause i hadn’t been in forever, and the second time to make sure i wasn’t going crazy.
I used to love this place. I don’t know if they changed the management or they just don’t care anymore, but each time the food, or what ever bits and pieces that were left, seemed like it had been sitting under the heat lamp all day instead of just 5 hours. Their condiments (soy, ketchup, etc…) were low and had a very delicious looking crust of some sort on it.
Their wait staff was really friendly and prompt, and they do have a decent mix of American and Empieran… i mean Chinese food. They also have a Sushi bar, if your into that sorta thing. anyway, maybe they are just having a bad month. but i probably wont be back there anytime soon
