If i could give this place a zero rating i would! Worst customer service skills iv’e ever seen in my life! Came here with my husband’s phone because he only had half of a screen just 17 days after buying his phone! Long story short we got nowhere and we were yelled, yes yelled at, by the very rude employee inside and given a business card and told to «please do call and make sure you tell them how rude i was»… wow! Really?

I am not happy with this store. I always like to support Matteson businesses so in addition to a review, I have some suggestions. I just spent 20 minutes waiting and waiting just to ask about whether I could reset my PIN #. I was greeted when I walked in but after that, I was waiting, waiting, waiting. Walked to one station– «Sorry I’ll be closing down.» I went back to another station– the young lady spent the entire time trying to apply protective screen cover and never looked up. There were 4 people at counters but as customers walked in, it was difficult to tell who should be helped next so people that came in after me were helped. Store manager, please, please, please, come up with a better way of helping people in the order in which they arrive. Maybe numbers like at the deli? Also give a good estimate of how long a person might be waiting. Consider making appointments

My wife brought in her phone that was malfunctioning and she was treated like she was a crazy incompetent liar. Tammy was particularly condescending to her. My fiancée is disabled and fresh out of the hospital. Luckily I was there because she just got confused and lost her train of thought. Trying to reason with them was like talking to a wall.

This is the worst store ever, everytime coming here its a problem. Tammy Pryor is the rudest person I have ever had contact with sprint and the Manager Brian is just as bad. The wait is horrible 1 – 3 hours for service. But is someone comes in and just buying accesories they will stop who they are with to get the cash sale. I would not reccomend this store to anyone. Go to Country Clb Hills they are nice and will help you. If you are buying a new phone dont get it there you get better offers online,
